Background & History

Xiao Wu was a Hundred-Thousand-Year Soft Bone Rabbit from the Star Dou Great Forest. Her mother was hunted and turned into a Soul Ring by a powerful female Twin Martial Souls user, later identified as Bibi Dong. Determined to avenge her mother despite the objections of Daming and Erming, Xiao Wu chose human reconstruction and entered the human world to cultivate anew. 47 48

Soon after arriving at Notting Academy, she rejected Yu Xiaogang’s attempt to take her as a disciple. She considered his claims about her supposed Twin Martial Souls absurd and refused to accept his judgment of her Soft Bone Rabbit martial soul. 45 46

The Snow Empress sensed Xiao Wu’s soul beast aura and confronted her through Xue Bingchen. Terrified that her true form had been exposed to a powerful soul beast ruler, Xiao Wu explained her revenge-driven reason for transforming. Snow Empress judged the decision reckless, warning that human powerhouses could kill her for a Soul Ring and Soul Bone before she ever became strong enough to avenge her mother. 45 46 47 48

Xiao Wu is proud, hot-tempered, and unwilling to accept disrespect. Her rejection of Yu Xiaogang comes from both anger at his insults and confidence in her own innate talent. 45 46
