Chu Yingluo was formerly the Saintess of the Heaven-Severing Divine Hall in Pure Subtle Heaven and was considered its strongest prodigy in a million years. She cultivated the Heaven-Severing Sword Dao, entered the Immortal King realm at only three thousand years old, and once sought to reach the Immortal Emperor realm through the sword. 927

The Heaven-Severing Divine Hall later intended to use her in a marriage alliance with the Violetveil Immortal Court. When she refused, the Hall Master placed a restriction on her and attempted to send her away by force.
