Inside the Kamui Dimension.
"Feng Yao! This guy's space-time ninjutsu is truly terrifying. What kind of place is this?"
After being sucked into the dimension, Orochimaru felt extremely restless. Not only was there nothing here, but it seemed endless, with the same scenery stretching out in every direction.
He had tried to find a way to leave, but unfortunately, the ninjutsu he possessed could not transport him back to the ninja world.
He was also contemplating how Feng Yao would deal with him. Even if he were to be killed, Orochimaru was not afraid, for his Cursed Seals allowed him to be resurrected once more.
Every Cursed Seal contained a portion of Orochimaru's chakra; it was much like a save file in a game.
However, it was quite troublesome, and if Feng Yao kept him trapped here indefinitely, there would be no way out.
Just as he was thinking while moving forward, the space in front of him suddenly began to rotate, just as it had when he was first pulled in.
He assumed it was Feng Yao returning and prepared to negotiate, but the person who entered was a man in a black bodysuit, wearing a mask that revealed only one eye—and that eye! It was a Sharingan!
Orochimaru did not know why this person had come here; the man's aura was clearly not Feng Yao's, but since he possessed a Sharingan...
Orochimaru licked his lips, his neck suddenly elongated, and he spat the Kusanagi Sword from his mouth, thrusting it toward the masked man.
The man seemed surprised to see Orochimaru in this space, but he did not panic at the attack; Orochimaru's head passed straight through his body.
"This! This is that intangible ninjutsu of Feng Yao's! How does this guy know it too? Is there really some connection between them?" Orochimaru's golden pupils narrowed slightly.
However, while Orochimaru was unaware of the man's identity, the masked man knew Orochimaru all too well.
He was even more curious about how Orochimaru had arrived. "How were you able to enter my dimension?" the masked man demanded.
"Your dimension?" Orochimaru was puzzled. "Is this not Feng Yao's space? Are the two of you not working together?"
"Of course, you... Never mind. I'll just capture you and interrogate you properly!"
Hearing the man's arrogant tone, Orochimaru let out a cold laugh. "Kid, I don't know who you are, but it seems you can leave this place. Why don't I beat you to a pulp and have you carry me out?"
The masked man snorted coldly. "Overestimating yourself. Come and try."
Within his own dimension, the masked man was fully confident he could defeat Orochimaru.
He performed the hand seals: Snake, Ram, Monkey, Boar, Horse, Tiger.
Taking a deep breath, he converted the chakra within his body into flames.
"Fire Release: Great Fireball!"
The masked man spat out a massive fireball. The range of the Great Fireball changed based on the chakra used, and the masked man's version was clearly much stronger than that of an average person.
Seeing the massive range of the technique, Orochimaru immediately turned into a soft-bodied creature, his body flattening against the ground like a snake as he rapidly coiled around a nearby stone pillar, spiraling upward to dodge the Great Fireball.
"Heh heh, that is the Fire Release the Uchiha clan excels at. Who exactly are you?"
Seeing the Great Fireball, Orochimaru became even more certain that the man was a member of the Uchiha clan. But the Uchiha had already been wiped out, and the man before him was neither Sasuke nor Itachi, so his identity...
"You have no need to know my identity." The masked man stomped his feet, vaulted into the air, and rushed toward Orochimaru, a branch protruding from his right hand.
"Wood Release: Cutting Technique!"
This was a ninjutsu that could only be used by those possessing Hashirama Cells. By touching the target or driving wooden branches into their body, sharp branches would erupt from within the victim to impale them—an extremely cruel technique, with the quantity depending on the user's chakra.
"Hmph, Tongue Snake Ingestion!" Orochimaru also spat a snake from his mouth, attempting to bind the man's neck.
But the moment the branches touched his body, he realized the terror of this technique. "He can even use Wood Release!" He immediately used the Orochimaru-Style Substitution Technique, shedding a brand-new body and crawling away, dripping with fluid.
Meanwhile, countless sharp wooden roots erupted from his original body.
The power of the Cutting Technique surprised Orochimaru slightly, but he had been given too many surprises lately; he had become numb to them.
He performed hand seals, preparing to restrain the opponent first.
"Hidden Shadow Snake Hands!"
Orochimaru's arms suddenly transformed into dozens of black pythons that lashed out toward the masked man, but they passed straight through him once again.
"Damn it, what kind of technique is this?" Seeing his attack pass through again, Orochimaru felt a splitting headache. "Hmph, but he must materialize when he attacks me. As long as I can exploit that, I can remain invincible."
Just as he thought this, Feng Yao used the Flying Thunder God to appear instantly beside Orochimaru.
He had been watching the battle from the sidelines for a while; there was no point in letting them continue to fight.
Orochimaru was about to counterattack the moment he saw Feng Yao, but a kunai was already pressed against his throat.
The speed of the Flying Thunder God was well-deserved of its reputation. Although Orochimaru could have escaped using the Orochimaru-Style Substitution Technique, he wanted to hear what Feng Yao had to say first.
Feng Yao slowly turned his head toward Obito Uchiha.
"Sorry, the person I dragged in bothered you. It couldn't be helped—after all, I possess the same eyes as you."
As he spoke, Feng Yao revealed his Mangekyou Sharingan. He usually kept them hidden, but the black patterns within his blood-red eyes, resembling a three-pointed shuriken, made the masked man's eyes widen.
This masked man was none other than Obito Uchiha, a character filled with tragedy.
After Feng Yao obtained the Kamui Dimension, he had habitually assumed his space was separate, but it turned out he and Obito were sharing the same one. It was no wonder; it was Obito's ability to begin with.
"How did you obtain... that eye? No, even if you have that eye, you shouldn't have access to my space. How did you do it?"
Obito questioned the handsome man before him, his initial reaction being that the other party had stolen Kakashi's eye.
Yet, that right eye was clearly his own; how could this person possess an eye identical to his?
"As for that, it's a bit troublesome to explain, but what I want to tell you is that your space—oh, no, my space—is something I will be using frequently from now on. So, don't come in here whenever you feel like it, and certainly don't disturb my people."
Feng Yao stated his demands with a calm expression; he didn't want to place someone inside only for Obito to lead them away or beat them to death.
Upon hearing such arrogance, Obito laughed in extreme anger.
"Hahaha, what a joke! Regardless of how you obtained those eyes, perfect! I'll take your left eye."
As he finished speaking, Obito's right eye rotated once more.
Kamui continuously generated a swirling, distorted space that whipped up a violent gale, which he then combined with a Fire Style technique.
"Fire Style: Blast Wave Wild Dance."
The massive flames took the shape of a serpent of fire, capable of swallowing and incinerating an enemy in an instant. In terms of speed, range, and power, it was top-tier—a terrifyingly potent Fire Style technique, even comparable to Madara's Majestic Destroyer Flame.
Feng Yao threw several three-pronged Kunai, utilizing the Flying Thunder God technique to move rapidly while tossing out flash grenades mid-maneuver.
"Spiral Flash Super Round Dance Howl Style Three."
The blinding yellow electrical light obstructed Obito's vision; he recognized this technique as the signature move of his master, Minato Namikaze.
If he continued to use Blast Wave Wild Dance, he might be struck down by the opponent the moment he materialized.
Sure enough, just as he ceased his jutsu, a Kunai grazed his neck; amidst the intense glare, Obito had no choice but to maintain Intangibility to save his life.
But he couldn't keep it up for long; the opponent surely knew the secret that Intangibility could only be maintained for five minutes.
Obito was now at a stalemate: if he deactivated Intangibility, he would be attacked, but if he used Kamui to escape, he would still be vulnerable to attack the moment he materialized, leaving him in a dilemma.
Seeing Obito hesitate, Feng Yao halted his jutsu.
"Do you understand now? I know all your secrets. While I might not necessarily be able to kill you, how do you think the Five Great Nations would react if I told them about your secrets and your goals—for instance, the Eye of the Moon Plan!"
Feng Yao said to Obito with a playful tone.
"What! You... just how much do you know!" For the first time, Obito's tone betrayed panic.
If the fact that the opponent possessed the same eyes as him had only brought shock, this now brought a sliver of fear.
There were no more than three people in the entire ninja world who knew of this matter!
"I agree to your terms. I will not come to this space at will, nor will I lay a hand on the people inside." Obito's tone began to soften.
"That will do. In that case, I will also keep your secrets." Having said this, he pulled Orochimaru away and departed.
He did not have absolute certainty that he could kill Obito; Izanagi, the same Intangibility ability he possessed, and the Gunbai were all means Obito had yet to fully employ.
As for Orochimaru, he was even more curious about Feng Yao; the secrets of the Sharingan, the Tailed Beasts, and the mysterious space made him feel that the person before him was the key to his mastery of eternal life and truth.
Obito Uchiha stood where he was, unable to comprehend who this mysterious person who had suddenly appeared could be. The man seemed omniscient and omnipotent; if he were to become an enemy, he would be a nightmarish existence.
Obito muttered to himself:
"It seems the plan needs to be moved up. Rin... wait for me."
