Background

Dai Mubai was born as a prince of the Star Luo Empire to Emperor Dai Xun and Empress Zhu Lan. Under the empire’s succession system, royal heirs were expected to fight one another to the death for the throne, leaving little room for familial affection 174.

At six, he awakened the Evil-Eyed White Tiger with Innate Soul Power Level 9. Initially, he trained intensely in preparation for the succession struggle, but Dai Weisi’s repeated intimidation broke his resolve after a year 174. When Zhu Zhuqing awakened the Hell Spirit Cat and was formally betrothed to him, the struggle became unavoidable; after reaching Level 20, Dai Mubai fled Star Luo rather than face it 174.

He eventually settled in Suotuo City and joined Shrek Academy in the hope that its training could make him strong enough to oppose Dai Weisi. Disillusioned by its lack of structured instruction, he abandoned his early ambition and became absorbed in brothels, lavish spending, and relationships with numerous women 184 185.

At Blue Tyrant Academy, Dai Mubai sided with Ma Hongjun’s false accusations against Zhu Zhuqing and demanded that she follow the Dai family’s “house rules.” He challenged her publicly, used his White Tiger skills to overwhelm her, and continued attacking after injuring her shoulder until a masked Su Chen intervened 152 153.

Defeat by Su Chen

Dai Mubai attacked the masked Su Chen at full strength with White Tiger Vajra Transformation. Su Chen evaded his attacks, cracked and shattered his Protection Barrier with Baji Quan, and forced Dai Mubai to call Ma Hongjun and Oscar into the fight 154 155. Even their combined pincer attack failed to overcome Su Chen, who destroyed Dai Mubai’s Intense Light Wave with a single punch 156.

Revenge Attempt and Crippling

After seeing Zhu Zhuqing spend time with Su Chen’s group, Dai Mubai planned revenge and sought Star Luo backing. His lewd thoughts toward the masked “Liu Erlong” provoked her pressure, leaving him unable to move or breathe until Ning Fengzhi intervened 160. He later arrived with Ling You to accuse Zhu Zhuqing and Liu Erlong, but Liu Erlong seized and castrated him; Ling You removed him for treatment after failing to retaliate successfully 164 165.
