As fictional characters gathered in the real world, Meteora warned that their presence threatened reality, while both sides debated whether public recognition and changing the Rules could alter their worlds.

  • Athena helped Akame defeat Kakkavet, and Akame awakened as a Campione! with the Authority she named Black Water.
  • Central 46 considered charges against Saito and Iori, while Iori’s allies completed the Diablo Cult’s cleanup.

Arc 18The Golden Star Cup

Iori turned the growing crossover project into a public battle for the Golden Star Cup, then betrayed Altair and orchestrated a story that revived Shizuna. After returning to Bleach, he investigated Quincy activity as Lan Dao’s hidden past and the Bount drew Saitō Fuyōfushi and Hikifune Kirio into the conflict.

  • Iori cooperated with the government to publicize the Created, while Meteora warned that Altair’s plans and the growing supernatural incidents threatened a Great Collapse.

Arc 19The Fall of Yhwach

Iori defeated Yhwach and then fought his way through Zero Division to reach the Soul King. He left the Soul King unharmed, promised to seek a replacement and help with Hell, while Haschwalth sensed Yhwach might still be nearby.

  • Saito and Hikifune fought the Quincy in the World of the Living as Yhwach prepared an invasion, then Iori and his allies returned to Soul Society and discovered that the Quincy had attacked the Shiba clan.
  • Iori’s forces fought through Quincy ambushes and Reigai while the Wandenreich seized parts of the Seireitei, and Yamamoto’s battle against Yhwach’s double ended when Iori confronted the real Yhwach.
  • Iori defeated Yhwach with the Divine Blade Mandala Array and World-Saving Divine Lightning, while Yamamoto killed Lille Barro and the surviving Quincy forces retreated.
