"What? This guy even knows about the Dragon Balls?" Krillin was astonished.
"Finding the Dragon Balls is our most important objective, so hand them over quickly," Nappa chuckled. "What does a Namekian amount to? To us, he's nothing more than a fly."
"Regardless, I should still thank you; I've finally figured out my own identity," Piccolo smiled faintly. "But it's a pity that I didn't create the Dragon Balls. I only know how to fight! Whether I'm a fly or not, you'll find out soon enough!"
As he spoke, Piccolo had already assumed a combat stance.
The Lookout.
"Kami, I never imagined you were an alien," Mr. Popo said.
"No wonder I look different from everyone else..." Kami gave a wry smile. "I created the Dragon Balls a long time ago. Back then, I had a very strange feeling, as if I had seen them somewhere before. Perhaps it was something like the Dragon Balls that someone on Namek had created... The memories of my ancestors are still preserved in my mind."
Capsule Corp headquarters.
Bulma's home.
"Luo Tian, those two Saiyans are heading toward Piccolo and Son Gohan's location, right?" Bulma saw their positions through the Scouter. "Huh? Someone with a power level of 981 is also heading over. Who could it be? It wouldn't be Krillin, would it?"
"Bulma, there's no need to be so flustered," Luo Tian said, sunbathing on a lounge chair in the courtyard. "Didn't I tell you? Even if the sky falls, I can still ensure your safety."
Bulma was speechless.
What time is it, and he's still bragging?
You are very strong, but why won't you go fight?
Forget it, you'd better not go.
If you were to die in battle, I would be very sad.
On the ground.
"Tell us the location of the Dragon Balls quickly. Do you want us to force it out of you?" Vegeta said indifferently, not even taking the three people before him seriously.
"Power levels of 981, 1220, and 1083. You three idiots! With just that much power, you want to challenge us?" Nappa gave a contemptuous laugh, having already detected the power levels of the three through his Scouter.
"Nappa, take off your Scouter," Vegeta said, removing his own first.
"Why?" Nappa was stunned.
"These guys' power levels will constantly rise as the battle changes. The numbers on these things are completely unreliable. Relying solely on the Scouter's readings might affect our judgment during the fight," Vegeta explained.
"You're right," Nappa nodded and removed his Scouter. "That coward Raditz was the one who trusted the Scouter's numbers, which is why he was caught off guard and defeated."
"Coward... Raditz?" Piccolo wiped away sweat.
"Raditz was only defeated because you and Goku worked so hard together," Krillin said in a low voice.
Piccolo: "..."
"Coward... Hahaha..." Krillin gave a dry laugh, feeling like the situation was spiraling out of control.
"By the way, let me ask you one more thing. Where is the guy who healed Kakarot? He didn't come? It wouldn't be you, would it, baldy?" Vegeta looked at Krillin.
"It's not me! I don't know any healing techniques at all," Krillin hurriedly denied.
"Then who is it?" Vegeta smiled. "I heard from the communication logs on the Scouter... that person seems to be called Luo Tian, am I right?"
Krillin fell silent.
"Tell me, where is he?" Vegeta asked.
Krillin didn't speak.
I won't tell you guys. Even though I'm afraid of dying, I won't betray my friend.
Uh, to be precise, he's Bulma's quasi-boyfriend.
If I say anything, Bulma will definitely kill me.
In a sense, Bulma is much more terrifying than these two Saiyans.
"Fine, I knew you wouldn't say anything," Vegeta snorted coldly. "In that case, let us show you our true power. Nappa, you still have the Saibamen seeds, right? Plant them all for me."
"There are 6 seeds left," Nappa nodded. "You really know how to have fun, Vegeta."
"Saibamen? What are those?"
Son Gohan and Krillin were both full of confusion.
Nappa casually pulled a small bottle from behind his back.
"Snap!"
Nappa poked six holes in the ground with his fingers, poured the seeds inside, and watered them with a special liquid.
"Crackle, crackle, crackle!"
Suddenly, the soil on the ground loosened, and 6 green-skinned aliens emerged from within.
"Very good. Your target is those three people. Teach them a harsh lesson," Vegeta ordered.
"Snap! Snap!"
Just then, Tien Shinhan, Chiaotzu, and Yamcha descended from the sky, landing beside Krillin and the others.
"Sorry, we're late," Yamcha said with a smile.
"Yamcha! You came too!" Krillin said excitedly.
"Heh, a few more pieces of trash have arrived," Vegeta chuckled.
"Why bother coming here to throw your lives away?" Nappa gave a scornful laugh.
"Heh, exactly six people! Interesting! That matches the number of Saibamen," Vegeta said, suddenly intrigued. "This is perfect. How about you six face off against our little soldiers? Let's play a game together."
"What kind of game? You bastards, stop beating around the bush and hurry up and get serious!" Piccolo roared in anger.
"Don't lose your temper yet. Isn't this actually good? It gives us time to wait for Goku to hurry over," Krillin quickly urged.
"Fine, I'll go first and let you see the results of my training during this period," Tien Shinhan said, immediately stepping forward.
"Hahaha, if he knew how powerful the Saibamen were, he'd surely be scared out of his wits," Nappa laughed heartily.
Vegeta, however, did not laugh; he felt that this three-eyed man seemed quite strong.
The Saibamen might not necessarily be his match.
"Then let's start with this guy. Remember, fight properly! Don't underestimate the enemy!" Vegeta commanded.
The Saibaman at the front of the line stepped forward.
Instantly, a fierce battle unfolded between the Saibaman and Tien Shinhan.
Tien Shinhan struck out with a fierce palm, sending the Saibaman flying backward.
After landing, the Saibaman's head split in two, spraying a glob of corrosive liquid.
Tien Shinhan dodged it quickly.
"Bang!"
Tien Shinhan took the initiative, slamming his elbow heavily into the Saibaman's head.
The Saibaman let out a wail and collapsed to the ground on the spot.
Nappa was stunned.
What was going on?
How could this guy be so fragile?
That was a Saibaman.
Its strength was on par with Raditz.
"That's great, Tien Shinhan!" Krillin cheered for him.
