Goodbye, Brother Tien

"Hmph, what a fragile weakling." Vegeta chuckled softly.

"That's the first one! Prepare to die," Nappa said, ready to kill Tien with a single punch.

Tien gritted his teeth, enduring the intense pain in his arm, then suddenly shot into the sky.

"You bastard! I'll never forgive you!" Tien roared furiously, preparing to attack Nappa below.

"Hmph." Nappa chuckled softly.

"Whoosh!"

Nappa shot into the sky and appeared directly in front of Tien, then kicked him hard.

Tien plummeted from the sky. Gritting his teeth, he stubbornly tried to stand up.

"Brother Tien!" Chiaotzu's expression changed again and again.

"What a persistent guy. He's still breathing," Nappa said with a laugh.

Son Gohan trembled all over in fear.

How terrifying.

So these were the Saiyans?

I feel like they're going to beat me to death today.

"How can this guy have such an enormous power level?" Piccolo said in a low voice.

"You monster!" Krillin gritted his teeth and rushed forward, intending to help.

"Leave him alone. He's done for," Piccolo said.

"Get out of my way!" Krillin ignored Piccolo and kept speeding toward Tien.

"What a busybody." Nappa snorted, then flicked his hand, sending a huge ball of energy hurtling down.

"Boom!"

A huge crater appeared where Krillin had been.

A pitch-black crater.

Krillin's face went pale with fright.

He'd come within a hair's breadth of being wiped out by that blast.

What a terrifying guy!

"Where's Chiaotzu?" Krillin suddenly remembered and hurriedly searched for him.

I remember Chiaotzu was around here just now. Could he have been killed?

"Hey, Nappa, watch your back," Vegeta suddenly said.

"Huh?" Nappa paused, bewildered.

"Smack!"

Just then, Chiaotzu landed on Nappa's back.

"Chiaotzu!" Krillin cried out in alarm.

Tien's face went deathly pale.

"You little runt, what do you think you're doing? Get down here!" Nappa reached behind himself to grab Chiaotzu.

But Chiaotzu was so small that Nappa couldn't get hold of him right away.

"Chiaotzu! What are you doing? Get out of here!" Tien shouted.

"Goodbye, Brother Tien. Don't you dare die," Chiaotzu said with a faint smile.

"Chiaotzu! Could it be... Could you be planning to..." Tien trembled all over. "Don't do it! Stop right now!"

Tears slid from the corners of Chiaotzu's eyes.

"Boom!"

An incredibly powerful energy suddenly erupted from Chiaotzu's body.

Chiaotzu blew himself up.

"Chiaotzu... blew himself up?" Bulma's face turned deathly pale.

Luo Tian said nothing.

"Chiaotzu's already been brought back to life once. Even Shenron won't be able to revive him again this time, right?" Bulma asked Luo Tian.

"Don't worry. Since Piccolo is a Namekian, that means there are even more powerful Dragon Balls on Namek," Luo Tian replied. "We just need to find a way to get to Namek and gather all seven Dragon Balls. Then Chiaotzu can be revived."

"Namek?" Bulma paused, bewildered.

Why did I suddenly get the feeling that you'd already planned everything out?

Weren't you just telling me to get ready to leave Earth?

Bulma silently looked at Luo Tian.

"What are you looking at me for?" Luo Tian sighed. "Actually, I can bring the dead back to life too... But if I do everything for them, they'll become far too dependent on me and lose the drive to keep training and working hard... That wouldn't be good... It wouldn't be good."

"You can bring Chiaotzu back to life?" Bulma was astonished.

"Yeah." Luo Tian nodded.

"You don't look anything like Shenron," Bulma said, wiping away her sweat.

"That little guy sacrificed himself to take down the enemy. He was so brave," Piccolo said with a smile.

But as soon as Piccolo finished speaking, Nappa's figure appeared in the sky.

"Heh heh heh. What a waste of effort," Nappa chuckled. "You have no idea how terrifying we really are."

Piccolo and the others stared in astonishment.

Chiaotzu had blown himself up, and this guy still hadn't died!

And Chiaotzu's sacrifice didn't seem to have hurt him at all.

"Once I've taken care of the three-eyed brat, I'll deal with the rest of you," Nappa said with a smile. "Hmph, I can wipe you all out with ease!"

"He's completely unharmed!" Krillin trembled all over in fear.

"Chiaotzu was already brought back by the Dragon Balls once... He can't be revived again!" Tien clenched his fists, seething with rage.

"Hey, I'll send you to the next world to join that kid soon enough. You should thank me properly," Nappa said to Tien from the sky.

"I'll never forgive you!" Tien gritted his teeth.

"Listen, he leaves an opening when he attacks," Piccolo said to Krillin. "When the chance comes, all we have to do is this..."

Piccolo explained his plan to Krillin and Son Gohan.

"What a brilliant plan. Good luck with the fight," Vegeta said with a smile.

Piccolo: "..."

"Isn't it a little bad to just sit back and watch? You might miss your chance," Vegeta said with a grin.

"Hmph, keep laughing while you can. When Son Goku gets back, you'll be the one crying," Piccolo said coldly.

"Oh? Who's Son Goku? Does he have any special abilities?" Vegeta smiled faintly.

"Whoosh!"

Meanwhile, Nappa attacked Tien again.

"Whoosh!"

Just as Nappa reached Tien, Piccolo swiftly appeared behind him and slammed a fist into his face.

"Argh..."

Caught off guard, Nappa went flying.

Krillin swiftly kicked him.

Nappa fell from the sky.

"Gohan, your turn!" Krillin shouted.

"Attack now!" Piccolo yelled.

Son Gohan: "..."

"Ah... Aah..." Son Gohan trembled all over in fear.

How terrifying.

"Gohan!" Piccolo shouted again.

Krillin: "..."

"You little idiot!" Piccolo roared.

"It's too late. Let's attack!" Krillin said.

"Whoosh!"

They both unleashed their ultimate attacks on Nappa.

"Whoosh!"

At this critical moment, Nappa quickly righted himself and dodged the attacks.

"He dodged them! We missed our chance," Krillin said, frustrated.

"Damn it!" Piccolo gritted his teeth.

Nappa wiped the blood from his face and glared furiously at Piccolo and Krillin.

"You two did pretty well. Do you really have to die out of order?" Nappa said coldly.

"Chiaotzu, I'll avenge you. Wait for me. I'll never leave you alone in that other world!" Tien had made up his mind. The Tri-Beam gathered in his hands.
