"Uh... it seems another Saiyan survived... He's my younger brother." Raditz scratched his head. "A month ago, our parents sent him off to another planet... Huh? Which planet was it? Mom told me, but I can't remember."
"Vegeta, what do we do now?" Nappa asked. He had completely run out of ideas and paid no attention to Raditz's younger brother.
"Obviously, we keep fighting." Vegeta smiled faintly. "At the rate my battle power is growing, I'll reach over 100,000 sooner or later."
"100,000 battle power!" Nappa's face changed.
"What a terrifying guy... My battle power is only 500 right now. If I hadn't gotten lucky, I'd probably have died in battle this time," Raditz remarked.
"You're nothing but a liability. You really should work on increasing your battle power as soon as possible," Vegeta snorted.
"Yes!" Raditz answered at once.
Earth.
Looking down at the planet he knew so well, Luo Tian felt a little emotional.
Seeing Earth from space really was a moving experience.
"Whoosh!"
The next moment, Luo Tian shot rapidly toward the planet.
"Help! Somebody save me!"
Just then, Luo Tian suddenly heard a voice coming from below.
He looked down carefully.
On the ground below, two bandits were about to do something awful to a pretty young woman.
She retreated step by step, her face pale.
What made her feel most desperate was that there wasn't another person anywhere nearby.
You could easily call this place the middle of nowhere.
"Hey, pretty lady, let's have some fun. It's just the three of us out here. If you make sure we have a good time... Heh heh heh." One of the men, who had a scarred face, grinned lecherously.
"A pretty lady like you... Tsk, tsk... We sure hit the jackpot today." The other young man, who wore his hair in a braid, smiled.
The two men closed in on the woman, step by step.
She kept backing away.
Too nervous to keep her footing, she stumbled and fell to her knees.
"Do you like kneeling, pretty lady?" The scarred man grinned even more broadly.
The woman burst into tears.
Somebody, please save me!
"Jaco! Come save me!" she shouted.
"Don't bother yelling. It's no use. There's nobody around here." The braided young man chuckled and moved to grab her.
"Smack!"
Just then, Luo Tian dropped from the sky and landed beside the woman.
"Thump!"
Luo Tian kicked the braided young man, sending him flying.
The man sailed through the air in an arc. By the time he hit the ground, he was already unconscious.
"Whoops. I got carried away and hit him too hard. He might end up in a vegetative state." Luo Tian sighed. "What a mess. I'm not a fighter, you know."
"What? Who are you?" The scarred man's expression changed repeatedly as he pulled out a pistol and aimed it at Luo Tian.
"Bang!"
Luo Tian swatted at him, knocking the pistol out of his hand.
The scarred man froze.
A brief silence followed.
The scarred man suddenly came to his senses and pulled a dagger from behind his back.
"Smack!"
Luo Tian grabbed the dagger and bent it with a light twist.
"Crack!"
The dagger snapped in two.
"Got any other weapons?" Luo Tian asked with a smile.
"No... Please spare me, sir!" The scarred man was terrified. He dropped to his knees on the spot.
"Thump!"
Luo Tian kicked him.
The scarred man flew through the air in an arc and landed headfirst in the dirt.
Whether he was dead or not... Luo Tian couldn't worry about that.
How dare you attack an angel?
He deserved to die.
"So cool!" Little red hearts glittered in the woman's eyes.
He really was so cool!
"Are you all right?" Luo Tian asked, looking at her.
But as soon as he got a good look, he paused in surprise.
He felt like he'd seen her somewhere before.
Hmm... Maybe in a manga.
She had long blond hair and looked a bit like Bulma.
Could she be Bulma's older sister?
"Hello, I'm Tights. Thank you for saving me. I'll make sure to repay you properly." The woman quickly introduced herself and bowed to Luo Tian.
"Tights?" Luo Tian said, taken aback.
So she really was Bulma's older sister.
He hadn't expected to meet Bulma's sister right after arriving on Earth.
"I'm Luo Tian." He smiled and asked, "Why are you out here all alone in the middle of nowhere?"
"I'm a novelist... I wanted to gather material here to help with my writing... I had no idea I'd run into those two creeps." Tights was still shaken. She thanked him again. "I owe you my life. No matter what, I have to find a way to thank you properly."
"Are you going to offer yourself to me?" Luo Tian joked with a smile.
Tights: "..."
I thought you were such a serious person.
We've only exchanged two lines, and you're already making jokes like that.
"Smack!"
Just then, Jaco dropped from the sky and hurried over.
"Was that you calling for help, Tights?" Jaco asked quickly.
"Yeah..." Tights wiped away her sweat.
At the rate you move, they would've had their way with me by the time you got here.
"Were you trying to take advantage of Miss Tights?" Jaco asked, pointing at Luo Tian.
Luo Tian knew Jaco.
He also knew Jaco was a Galactic Patrolman.
"No... That's not what happened..." Tights hurried to explain.
"Tights, you don't need to say another word. I'll teach him a lesson." Jaco struck a fighting pose.
"Thump!"
Luo Tian suddenly slapped him.
Jaco hadn't even had time to react before he was sent flying.
Tights: "..."
I thought you were going to teach someone else a lesson.
How did you turn out to be such a pushover?

Jaco quickly righted himself and returned to the scene.
"Who are you?" Jaco asked, his face changing color.
How could this silver-haired boy be so strong?
There shouldn't be anyone this powerful among the people of Earth.
"Jaco! He's not a bad guy. He saved me," Tights hurried to explain.
"He's not a bad guy?" Jaco said, taken aback.
"That's right. His name is Luo Tian," Tights explained. "Luo Tian, this is Jaco. He's my friend. You two must've just misunderstood each other."
"Oh, I see. Then never mind," Luo Tian said with a nod.
Jaco: "..."
You hit me, and now you're saying never mind?
"Your move just now wasn't bad, but that was mostly because I wasn't ready. If I'd been serious, you might not have been a match for me." Jaco laughed and spoke to Luo Tian in a friendly tone. "But still, you're pretty strong. Would you be interested in joining the Galactic Patrol? With your abilities, you could quickly become one of its elite members."
"Not interested." Luo Tian shook his head.
"What? Being an elite Galactic Patrolman is the dream of countless people!" Jaco froze and asked in surprise.
"By the way, Merus is an elite member now, right?" Luo Tian asked with a smile.
"Merus?" Jaco was taken aback again. He stared at Luo Tian and asked, "You know Merus?"
"Uh, I'm his older brother," Luo Tian said with a smile.
Jaco: "..."
Holy crap!
So that was why this guy was so strong. He was Merus's older brother!
Damn it!
This was embarrassing.
No wonder he had silver hair too, the same color as Merus's.
"Wait, Merus has blue skin. Your skin colors are completely different," Jaco said.
"Technically, we're not biological brothers, so it's perfectly normal for us to have different skin colors," Luo Tian replied with a smile.
"Hahaha, I see..." Jaco wiped away his sweat.
"You know each other?" Tights chimed in.
"To be precise, I know Merus from the Galactic Patrol." Luo Tian smiled. "By the way, Jaco, Merus must be the Galactic Patrol's number one now, right?"
"No, no, I'm number one!" Jaco hurriedly said.
Luo Tian just smiled and didn't call Jaco out on his lie.
He knew Jaco well enough to know that he liked to brag.
"Miss Tights, how's your search for material for your novel going?" Jaco asked. "This area should be good for building the world of your novel, right?"
"I feel like something's missing," Tights said thoughtfully.
"Hey, we had a deal. I take you around to look for material for your novel, and you give me the energy source for my spaceship," Jaco said anxiously. "I don't want to be stuck on this planet... this ancient planet that doesn't even have any communications equipment to contact our headquarters."
As he spoke, Jaco immediately turned to Luo Tian, his eyes glittering.
"Your name is Luo Tian, right? How did you get to Earth? You must've come on a spaceship, right? Could you lend me yours?" Jaco seemed to have found a lifeline, and hurriedly asked Luo Tian.
Jaco had come to Earth after receiving a message from Galactic Patrol Headquarters. It said that a fearsome Saiyan would land on this planet and unleash a devastating attack.
To stop the Saiyan from causing trouble, Jaco had landed on Earth in his spaceship, presenting himself as an agent of justice.
But as his ship came in to land, its engine accidentally struck a hard rock, damaging the craft.
To repair the spaceship, he needed a special kind of energy source.
That energy source was extremely valuable.
Jaco had no money.
He couldn't exactly rob someone, could he?
He was the very embodiment of justice, after all.
Luckily, Jaco had met the novelist Tights.
Tights said her family might have some of that energy source, but she didn't want to go home yet. She wanted to stay out and look for material for her novel.
To get back to Galactic Patrol Headquarters as soon as possible, Jaco had no choice but to take Tights around gathering material for her novel.
As for the Saiyan...
Jaco had looked into the matter after arriving on Earth.
It seemed that no terrifying Saiyan had shown up at all.
Well, the intelligence must've been wrong.
"Uh, I flew to Earth. I didn't use a spaceship," Luo Tian replied.
