"Snap!"
Soon, Cui appeared directly opposite Vegeta, hovering in the air a few meters away from the cliff.
He stood with his hands on his hips and his legs spread apart, looking at Vegeta with a smug expression, his mouth stretched wide to his ears.
"Hehehe!" Cui's smile grew increasingly contemptuous as he tilted his head, his gaze sweeping back and forth over Vegeta twice. "Vegeta, what a narrow path for enemies to meet! You're done for this time! Your combat power has fallen far behind mine; you are no match for me!"
"Hmph." Vegeta sneered, his mouth curling downward. "You're celebrating too early! Today, I'll let you witness the skills I've learned on Earth."
"Is it the skill of running away?" Cui gave a disdainful laugh, tilting his head with a mocking look in his eyes.
"It is..." Vegeta snorted, just about to state his answer.
"Whoosh, whoosh, whoosh!"
Three points of light appeared in the distant sky, moving from far to near at incredible speed.
In the blink of an eye, Son Goku and the others arrived at high speed, their figures dragging three trails of light through the air.
They descended from the sky, landing near Vegeta and Cui, their feet striking the rocks and kicking up a small spray of debris.
The eyes of Son Goku, Piccolo, and Son Gohan focused simultaneously on Vegeta before shifting to Cui, examining him closely.
Cui's appearance was completely different from Vegeta's; he was short and stout, with grayish-green skin and two short horns growing from his head.
"Kakarot? Piccolo?" Vegeta's pupils constricted, his expression shifting repeatedly from indifference to shock, and then to wariness.
He immediately shifted his gaze away from the trio, searching everywhere for Soro, his eyes scanning every rock and every crevice.
He did not see that white figure.
Vegeta's brow furrowed slightly, then quickly relaxed.
"Who are you?" Cui frowned, his gaze sweeping over the three of them twice. "Vegeta knows you? Are you Vegeta's accomplices?"
"No." Son Goku shook his head, waving his hands in front of him.
"That's good." Cui chuckled and waved his hand. "Don't disturb the game the two of us are playing! Get as far away as you can!"
"Why do you have to be so unpleasant?" Son Goku pouted, speaking with annoyance as his brows knit together.
"Hmph." Cui snorted, his gaze turning cold. "You don't know when you're going to die! Once I finish off Vegeta, just wait and see how I deal with you!"
"You are no match for Vegeta," Son Goku said lightly, his tone calm. "I advise you to be sensible!"
"You... what did you say?" Cui's expression sank instantly, his eyes narrowing as he looked at Son Goku, a cold glint piercing through the slits of his eyelids.
"Do I need to repeat myself?" Son Goku's expression remained indifferent, his arms crossed, his gaze as calm as if he were looking at a rock. "You are just courting death."
"Hehehe." Cui sneered repeatedly, his mouth curling into a dangerous arc. "I see, you really are in league with Vegeta. But don't be in such a hurry; once I finish off Vegeta, you're next. I'll torture you properly before killing you slowly!"
His voice carried a cold, murderous intent, and as his eyes rolled, he glared viciously at Son Goku.
"Kakarot," Vegeta asked suddenly, his brow slightly furrowed. "Where is Soro? Did he come to Namek with you too?"
"Yeah." Son Goku nodded without denying it, his tone relaxed.
Vegeta's mouth twisted violently, his complexion turning ghastly—shifting from iron-gray to pale, then back to iron-gray.
His Adam's apple bobbed up and down.
Sure enough, Soro had followed them here!
This is truly a disaster!
Even though my combat power has increased again!
I am not necessarily a match for that guy!
Especially his Flash Technique; it's practically a cheat code.
Vegeta's fists clenched involuntarily.
I have to leave here immediately...
Otherwise, am I just staying here to get beaten up?
"Where is he?" Vegeta swallowed hard, his throat bobbing as he hurriedly questioned Son Goku.
"He said he'd be here in a while," Son Goku laughed, his mouth stretching into a wide grin. "There's still time for you to run away now."
"You... who are you saying is running away?" Stung by the truth, Vegeta became flustered and furious, his chest heaving violently as his body shook even more intensely.
"Vegeta," Son Goku said with a smile. "Losing to Soro is nothing to be ashamed of. I'm also working hard to catch up to him, but unfortunately, I'm still no match for him."
"You?" Vegeta's voice rose, his finger trembling as he pointed at Son Goku. "You low-class warrior! You have no right to spout such nonsense in front of me!"
His voice carried an irrepressible rage as he pointed at Son Goku and shouted.
"Even a low-class warrior can surpass a high-class warrior through diligent training," Son Goku smiled slightly, his mouth curling into a gentle arc. "I heard that Soro was a low-class warrior too, and didn't he still surpass you?"
Vegeta: "..."
Vegeta's chest felt stifled, his lips trembling, and he nearly choked on his own breath, a faint gurgling sound escaping his throat.
Why is this low-class warrior named Kakarot so infuriating to talk to?
"Oh?" Cui quickly understood, eyeing Son Goku with keen interest as his gaze swept from Son Goku's face to his body, then back to his face again. "Are you a Saiyan?"
"I am." Son Goku nodded.
"Vegeta, you really are a disgrace!" Cui laughed even more brightly, wearing an expression of someone watching a show as he put his hands on his hips. "I never imagined that the Prince of all Saiyans would be mocked like this by one of your own subjects, a mere low-class warrior!"
"Shut your mouth!" Vegeta roared, his voice exploding in the air like a thunderclap. "I am going to kill you!"
A powerful energy suddenly erupted from his body, his aura surging outward as dazzling light danced across his skin.
The gravel on the ground was swept away by the shockwave, rolling in all directions amidst a cloud of dust.
"Beep! Beep!"
Cui's scouter emitted a series of urgent alarms, a terrifying string of numbers appearing on the screen.
The numbers jumped frantically, faster and faster, while the needle swung wildly.
"Bang!"
The next moment, Cui's scouter overloaded and exploded right on his face.
Shards flew in all directions, sparks bursting before Cui's eyes and leaving his face scorched black.
Cui was startled, his body jerking backward as his face turned deathly pale and his lips began to tremble.
"Hmph." A thick murderous intent surfaced in Vegeta's eyes as he stared coldly at Cui, his gaze like two sharp blades. "Are you prepared for how you're going to die?"
"Wait a minute!" Cui panicked, waving his hands frantically in front of him. "I have a great idea! How about I join your team? I'll assist you! I have long been dissatisfied with Lord Frieza... no, with that guy Frieza!"
His voice was hurried, cold sweat beading on his forehead and streaming down his temples.
Vegeta narrowed his eyes, the corners of his mouth dipping slightly into a sneer of contempt, his gaze filled with mockery.
