Emergency Response

The Official Division mobilizes for severe instance incidents, particularly those involving rogue players and the Ten Evils. When Bi Gan—identified as Un-Dao of the Ten Evils—appeared within a newcomer instance, an emergency notification called in roughly sixty to seventy percent of available personnel from all five teams 43.

• The division reviews rogue-player files, evaluates their inheritance and threat level, and prioritizes rescuing trapped players 43.

Remote Instance Guidance

Newcomer Summary Meeting

An Official Division representative, Assistant Group Leader Xu Xinhai, attends the newcomer work summary meeting and publicly commends high-performing administrators. His presence establishes the division as the promotion destination for successful newcomer employees 8.

Skin-Peeling Maze City Incident

After Zhang Anzai discovers that Mr. Li is Bi Gan/Un-Dao of the Ten Evils, the Official Division launches an emergency response to the rogue player's presence in a newbie dungeon 43.

The division initially struggles to interpret the instance's two apparent bosses: the injured Burn Victim and the Wolf-Head Mask wearer. It does not initially realize that the wolf-headed figure is the trapped player rather than another rogue player or boss 44 45.

Once informed by Zhang Anzai's administrator identity that the Wolf-Head Mask wearer is the player, the division establishes contact and provides continuous tactical guidance. Its members help Fate Controller evade Bi Gan's traps, locate his hiding place, resist the Wolf-Head Mask's influence, and survive the confrontation 45 47 48 50.

After Bi Gan's death and the instance clearance, Xu Xinhai orders Zhang Anzai to report to the Official Division so that the Ten Evils incident can be handled properly 50.
