"What do you want to do?" Ai Haibara asked Chen stiffly.
"Of course, give you a proper lesson." Chen directly picked Ai Haibara up and carried her away. No matter how she struggled, she could not break free.
"You sold out your own sister just like that. Don't you feel even a little guilty?" Vermouth asked Akemi Miyano.
"What does it matter? Chen wouldn't really hurt Ai Haibara." Akemi Miyano said with a slight smile.
"I bet Ai Haibara is full of resentment toward you now. I think she'll definitely be angry with you—maybe she'll ignore you from now on."
Yukiko Kudo looked at Akemi Miyano as she spoke.
"Probably not, right?" Uncertainty showed on Akemi Miyano's face. The way Ai Haibara had looked at her just now did seem awfully resentful.
"Yukiko, don't celebrate too soon either. Ai Haibara might have started holding a grudge against you too," Vermouth said after shifting her gaze to Yukiko Kudo.
"No way. I'm usually so good to Ai Haibara. She definitely wouldn't hold a grudge against me." Yukiko Kudo shook her head.
"Hehe, that little girl holds grudges very well."
Vermouth smiled faintly. Based on her understanding of Ai Haibara, if the girl found an opportunity, she definitely would not mind mocking Yukiko Kudo.
Yukiko Kudo would probably be quite depressed after being mocked.
"I believe Ai Haibara wouldn't do that. By the way, Vermouth, why are you and Ai Haibara on such bad terms?" Yukiko Kudo asked Vermouth curiously.
Even though things were much better than before, Vermouth and Ai Haibara still argued often. Even with Chen around, they would still bicker.
"I can't answer that question. Maybe you can ask Ai Haibara. Of course, you could also ask Akemi Miyano."
Vermouth looked toward Akemi Miyano beside her.
