A Shameless Scheme?

Shin's gaze turned to Seiji Asai.

"Thank you, but there's nothing I need help with." Seiji Asai smiled faintly.

"If that's the case, then all right!" Shin spread his hands, then sat down against the wall.

"Shin, I'm so scared!" Vermouth suddenly threw herself into Shin's arms and whispered.

Seeing Vermouth lying in Shin's arms, Ran Mouri's expression stiffened for a moment, and she felt slightly uncomfortable inside.

Before long, Kogoro Mouri and Conan returned empty-handed. They had failed to catch up to that person.

"Ugh, damn it! He actually got away!" Kogoro Mouri said angrily.

The night soon passed. Shin stared at Vermouth with dead fish eyes, while Vermouth gave him a provocative smile.

Knowing that Shin would not do anything to her, Vermouth had seduced him in every possible way the night before.

"Just wait until we get back. I'll deal with you properly then." Shin shot Vermouth a vicious glare.

Soon, Inspector Megure arrived with his men and began questioning everyone about the case.

Everyone who had been at the community center the day before was called in for questioning.

"Let's go out for breakfast!" While no one could see, Shin gave Vermouth's breast a squeeze.

After being pinched, Vermouth's body suddenly went limp, and she nearly fell to the ground.

"Oh my, what's wrong? You almost fell over." Shin caught Vermouth and looked at her with a smile.

Vermouth's eyes were filled with shame and indignation. She had not expected that just one touch from this guy would make her feel as if she had been electrocuted. Worst of all, she did not feel the slightest bit of resistance in her heart.

"Shin, what are you doing?" Ran approached with puffed cheeks, dissatisfaction written across her face.

"Uh, she lost her footing, so I caught her."
