Carina was a well-known East Blue underworld thief who targeted wealthy merchants, nobles, and pirates. Operating as the “Phantom Thief,” she specialized in silent infiltration, lock-picking, and stealing compact valuables that could be quickly converted into cash. 15

She infiltrated the Eclipse at Roana Port after assessing its hull, security, and private berth as unusually valuable. Ace caught her while she was stealing cash and high-value goods, then forced her to justify her worth rather than relying on deception or seduction. 15 16

Carina offered expertise in money laundering, black-market channels, infiltration, and intelligence extraction. After Buggy drove off the Blood Axe Gang pursuing her, Ace made her Financial Intelligence Officer on probation, offering absolute protection in return for her financial acumen and an intelligence network. 16
