This mission was far too difficult for Mirai.
"Then, Lord Hokage, if there is nothing else, I'll take my leave first."
Mirai bowed slightly. He felt that he would not get any substantial help from Sarutobi Hiruzen. After that, he decided not to waste any more breath on the old man.
With his skills and strength, it would be better to find a way to complete the mission himself. Practicing and controlling his spiritual power was far more worthwhile than chatting with Sarutobi Hiruzen here.
"Very well, you may leave. If you need any help, come find me."
In Sarutobi Hiruzen's eyes, Mirai's current strength and usefulness could no longer be underestimated, so his attitude toward Mirai had clearly changed as well.
"Yes, thank you, Lord Hokage."
After speaking, Mirai left the Hokage Office. He planned to find a snack shop on the street for a meal while thinking about how to complete the mission.

Sarutobi Hiruzen glanced at Naruto standing beside Jiraiya, then looked back at Jiraiya. He intended to beat around the bush before telling Jiraiya that he hoped Jiraiya would become Hokage.
Although he did not think Jiraiya's personality made him the best candidate for Hokage, he also believed that Jiraiya could protect Konoha well.
"Don't say it."
Jiraiya directly cut off what Sarutobi Hiruzen was about to say. Frowning, he said, "You know I don't want to become Hokage."
