Xue Qinghe Trapped in an Infinite Loop

Ning Fengzhi and Xue Qinghe parted ways at the teahouse.

After watching Ning Fengzhi leave, Xue Qinghe beckoned to one of the teahouse attendants.

The attendant hurried over and stopped beside Xue Qinghe.

"Your Highness, what are your orders?" he asked respectfully.

"Send someone to investigate Tang Liu. I want all the information on him. Be quick," Xue Qinghe said blandly.

"Yes." The attendant responded and left.

Xue Qinghe stood where he was for a few seconds, then hailed a carriage and told the driver, "To the palace."

"Certainly, sir. Please take a seat."

The driver, whose large scarf and felt hat concealed most of his face, leaving only his eyes exposed, spoke in a muffled voice.

After Xue Qinghe got into the carriage, the driver urged the horse forward at a slow pace.

Xue Qinghe rested with his eyes closed inside the carriage. For some unknown reason, a sudden wave of drowsiness struck him, and he fell into a deep sleep.

Who knew how much time passed before he suddenly jolted awake.

He lifted the curtain over the carriage window and looked outside.
