Luke's true body was standing on the bridge of the Lucky Princess. He could see everything Clear Sky saw through her eyes, and he knew the Clover armed airship had appeared.

He raised his binoculars and searched the target's airspace, quickly spotting the target of this raid.

Luke put away the binoculars and said to Shelley beside him, "Send a flag signal to the naval warships behind us: Pirates spotted. Have them move out!"

Shelley had once served inside the Steam Fortress, where much of the technology overlapped with naval knowledge.

Upon receiving the order, she whistled at the signalman standing on the mast's lookout platform, then swiftly made a series of hand gestures.

The signalman received the instruction and conveyed the message to the following navy vessels with flag signals.

For this patrol, the fleet formed by the Cape District Secret Intelligence Bureau and the Raging Wave City Navy consisted of six ships in total. The Secret Intelligence Bureau had four merchant vessels, while the navy, naturally, sailed proper warships.

When deciding the patrol formation, Luke had requested that the two naval warships be positioned in the middle of the fleet. His reasoning was that if the Pirates disguised themselves as merchant ships, they would surely give naval warships a wide berth.

The Secret Intelligence Bureau's vessels were merchant ships, so they could spread out around the warships as bait to lure in the Pirates. As long as the Pirates dared approach, the warships would charge out at full speed while the four merchant ships intercepted and encircled them.

A barrage of cannon fire would be enough to send the Pirates into the sea to feed the fish.

The navy had readily accepted Luke's arrangement, and Luke had even volunteered to pilot the Lucky Princess at the vanguard. This
