Naruto grinned. "What, scared?"
Sasuke scoffed. "Hmph. If an idiot like you isn't scared, why would I be? All I feel right now is excitement. This guy is so strong, he's perfect for testing how much I've improved lately."
Naruto chuckled. "Heh, I'm going to launch a high-speed assault now. Can you keep up, Sasuke?"
"Who do you think I am? Don't underestimate the Uchiha Clan," Sasuke said coldly. Lightning flared around his Susanoo. Naruto smiled and vanished, and Sasuke disappeared right after him.
Naruto appeared outside the Dragon's Protective Shield and slashed at it, making it contract sharply. The Dragon looked toward Naruto on his left and was about to fire another beam when Sasuke appeared on his right and slashed at the Protective Shield as well. This time, the Protective Shield could no longer hold and shattered. Sasuke's and Naruto's blades slammed into the Dragon's head.
Sasuke's nature energy and Naruto's sealing power struck the Dragon's head. Although their longswords failed to pierce his scales, both forces seeped inside. Agony shot through the Dragon. He roared in fury, then endured the searing pain and forcibly knocked Naruto and Sasuke away.
Naruto and Sasuke steadied themselves after being thrown back and watched the Dragon warily. After neutralizing the forces they had driven into his body, the Dragon glared viciously at them and suddenly spoke. "You damned descendants of Takamagahara actually managed to hurt me. This time, I'll tear you to pieces, rip out your souls, and imprison them in this lake so you'll never be reborn!"
The Dragon's sudden speech startled both Naruto and Sasuke. "Y-you can actually talk?" Naruto asked in disbelief.
The Dragon scoffed. "Hmph. Is it so strange that I can speak? You descendants of Takamagahara really are ignorant. Never mind. You're all going to die
