Naruto returned to the Hokage's Office and handed Tsunade the scroll. After reading it, she fell into thought. Curious, Naruto asked, "What's wrong, Granny Tsunade? Is Orochimaru up to something again?"
Tsunade didn't answer his question. She merely shook her head and said, "Wait a moment." Then she took another scroll from her drawer and began reading it. Naruto was curious, but seeing how absorbed she was, he knew he wouldn't get any answers now. He could only stand quietly to one side and wait for her to finish.
Naruto waited until the sun was nearly down before Tsunade finally finished. Looking up to find him standing obediently nearby, she asked in puzzlement, "Huh? Naruto, why are you still here?"
A vein bulged on Naruto's forehead at her bewildered expression. "You told me to wait, and now you have the nerve to ask me that? What is that supposed to mean? Are you messing with me?"
Only then did Tsunade remember that she had indeed told him to wait. She laughed sheepishly. "Hehe, sorry. I got busy and forgot. Sorry, sorry."
Naruto sighed helplessly and told himself, Don't get worked up over her, or you'll be the one who dies of frustration. Naruto Uzumaki, stay calm. Deep breaths, deep breaths.
