The next morning, Naruto slowly woke, feeling as though something was weighing him down. He reached out to feel what it was, but whatever he touched was soft, and she kept squirming under his hand. He thought he could feel long hair, too.
Naruto opened his eyes and looked down at his chest. Karin was hugging him, fast asleep on top of him, while his hand rested on her back.
Okay, I must have gotten up the wrong way. I'm hallucinating, Naruto thought. He closed his eyes again, waited a little, then opened them and looked. Sure enough, Karin was sleeping on top of him.
Naruto calmly removed Karin's arms from around him and settled her comfortably. Then he calmly tucked the blanket around her, picked up his clothes, and headed into the bathroom.
I need a shower to cool my head. What the hell is going on?
Dark Naruto popped up just then and said, "What's the big deal? She's just a woman. Is that really worth getting so worked up over?"
