Calling Holy Temple City a city was not entirely accurate. It was actually a separate plane, one-tenth the size of the Azure Continent. Its lands were vast, and it was home to all kinds of races, including elves, humans, dwarves, and orcs. Even the Gold Spirit Race and the Goblin Race, which had already vanished from the Azure Continent, lived there.
Members of the Gold Spirit Race looked just like humans, with one difference: they were born with a mark on their foreheads that deepened as they grew older. The golden mark on a newborn elf baby's forehead was barely visible. These golden marks were the source of their power, and the more distinct the mark, the stronger they were.
The Goblin Race somewhat resembled dwarves. They were short, but lacked the dwarves' sturdy builds. They had dark skin, three rune-like lines on their foreheads, and wide mouths filled with sharp teeth. Their eyes were unusually large and round, like two light bulbs, while their nostrils were so small they were barely noticeable. Naruto really could not appreciate their appearance.
