Chapter 20: Daily Life ()
Uchiha Shin got up early that morning and finished washing up.
He had originally arranged to teach Madara, Izuna, and Hana chakra control techniques that day.
Unfortunately, Uchiha Tajima and his wife, Uchiha Aoi, had gone out on a mission.
With no one at home to look after the two little ones, Uchiha Aoi had planned to leave them in the care of Uchiha Shin's aunt.
Who knew that Uchiha Shin's aunt, who was also a ninja, would have to go out on a mission that day too...

Uchiha Shin sat down against the door, blocking the entrance so the two little ones wouldn't run outside.

Children were naturally clingy. Uchiha Shin had been sitting for only a few minutes when the two little ones, Uchiha To and Uchiha Kawa, came wobbling over to him.

Then Uchiha Shin turned to Uchiha Hana with a serious expression. "Hana, I have an important mission I want to entrust to you today!"

Was Lord Shin finally entrusting her with an important mission?

Uchiha Shin looked at Uchiha Hana with complete sincerity.

Uchiha Hana got down on all fours and did a pretty convincing horse impression.
Seeing Uchiha Hana pretending to be a horse, To and Kawa excitedly climbed onto her back.
Before long, all three of them were tumbling around together.

As they played, Uchiha Hana suddenly cried out. She even started bucking back and forth like a spooked horse...

Watching Uchiha Hana put on such a convincing performance as a spooked horse, Uchiha Shin chuckled.
An hour later, To and Kawa were both getting tired.
The two little ones lay flat on the tatami, not wanting to move at all.
But Uchiha Hana was still playing with boundless enthusiasm.
Was she some kind of husky?
How did she have so much energy?
Uchiha Shin held his forehead as he watched Uchiha Hana jumping around and occasionally teasing the two little ones. He didn't know whether to laugh or cry.
