Background

Rikusei retains memories and knowledge from a previous life, having spent five years in the Shinobi World by the time Konoha was founded. He was raised by his grandmother, Chiri, and naturally awakened his Sharingan at the Uchiha cemetery. Madara discovered the awakening and took him as a disciple, subjecting him to punishing taijutsu training despite his small frame. 2 3

During Konoha's founding period, Rikusei proposed a shared school, medical services, village security, and anti-espionage measures to Madara. He later worked to dismantle the Uchiha Clan Academy and integrate its children into the Ninja Academy, believing that the Uchiha had to participate in Konoha rather than remain isolated. 2 18

Madara took Rikusei on a two-year journey through the Shinobi World. During and after the journey, Rikusei became involved in the Chinoike conflict, Takigakure's reorganization, the expedition to the moon, and Konoha's expanding alliance system.
