Tang Hao is a renowned Clear Sky Sect powerhouse and the father of Tang San. He once fought Pope Qian Xunji, leaving the latter fatally injured with a hammer strike; the conflict also left Tang Hao with severe hidden injuries. Following the events involving Tang San's mother, the Hundred-Thousand-Year transformed Blue Silver Emperor, he concealed himself in Holy Soul Village as a blacksmith while raising Tang San. 89 91 93 136

Tang Hao harbors profound guilt over Ah Yin's fate. He admitted that he knowingly brought the already conspicuous transformed soul beast back to the Clear Sky Sect, contributing to the exposure of her identity and the ensuing pursuit by Qian Xunji's forces. 26

After Tang San's defeat by Lin Nuo at Nuoding Academy, Tang Hao privately observed the incident and considered killing Lin Nuo. He restrained himself because attacking a child connected to Bibi Dong and Martial Soul Hall could bring further disaster upon the already weakened Clear Sky Sect. Instead, he decided Lin Nuo would serve as a “whetstone” for Tang San's future growth and entrusted Tang San to Yu Xiaogang before leaving Nuoding City. 22

Tang Hao later returned in panic when the restriction he had placed around Ah Yin's hidden waterfall cave was breached.
