Background / History

Titan was the patriarch of the Strength Clan and a renowned blacksmith. As Vice President of the Blacksmith's Association and one of the Three Great Divine Smiths, he had long sought a piece of Star Gold, believing only he could forge it into a peerless divine artifact. He had previously lacked both the standing to acquire it and the confidence to forge it, but later obtained a simplified version of the Clear Sky Sect's Disorder Splitting Wind Hammer, renewing his ambition. 31

When the Star Gold—also called the Essence of Stars—appeared at the Tiandou Auction House, Titan entered a hostile bidding war against Qian Renxue's private room. Convinced that the auction house was manipulating the price, he released Soul Douluo-level pressure, attempted to uncover the opposing bidder, and accused the auction house of bad faith. He ultimately withdrew from the confrontation to avoid jeopardizing the Strength Clan's position in Heaven Dou City. 31

Titan bid up to 1,100,000 Gold Soul Coins but lost the Star Gold at 1,200,000. He then unsuccessfully competed for the Soul Raising Pill before waiting outside the auction house with his son Tainuo to ambush the bidder who had humiliated him. 32 33 34

During Qian Renxue's later arena match against Tang San, Titan recognized her as the person who had taken the Star Gold after noticing the exceptional sword in her possession. He regarded Tang San as his “young master” and personally tried to stabilize Tang San's wounds after the match. 43 47

Titan finally confronted Qian Renxue in a night market, seeking revenge over the auction and injuries suffered by Tang San. He attacked her in public, but Ling Xiao intervened: Tainuo was reduced to ash first, followed by Titan himself. 48 49

Titan was an elderly, heavily built man with a rugged face. His physical presence and Spirit Douluo aura were imposing enough to suppress much of the Tiandou Auction House. 31

He was fiercely protective of those he considered his own. This is shown by his immediate response to Tang San's injuries and his threat against the arena healer when Tang San required treatment. 47
