Kamizuki looked at Otsutsuki Hamura floating before him, his face filled with bewilderment.

He did not understand why Hamura would tell him these stories.

After thinking about it and failing to find an answer, he finally decided to just ask directly.

Hamura seemed to have anticipated Kamizuki's question; only after Kamizuki asked did he continue: "The reason I must tell you these things is because I know—you—do not belong—to this world—you are—the one—chosen—by fate."

Hamura said, enunciating every word.

After Gamamaru heard Hagoromo's account, he told Hagoromo the prophecy he had recently foreseen.

The content of the prophecy:

In the years to come, the destroyed God Tree will be reborn and sprout new branches. Greed will eventually descend upon this world once more, leading people into an infinite dream.

Under the arrangement of the God of Fate, the Child of Prophecy will descend into the world, and in the end, the Child of Prophecy will overcome greed and save this world.

After hearing this prophecy, Kamizuki couldn't help but mutter, "Is the Naruto world really just this same old trope?"

Kamizuki remembered that in the original work, Gamamaru had told Jiraiya a similar prophecy.
