Warm lips pressed against his, and Taelan Fordring felt a sweet fragrance fill his nostrils. His heart pounded fiercely, sending a rush of blood to his brain.

He felt as if his soul were being drawn out through his mouth. Jaina's cheeks flushed pink as she did something daring. She closed her eyes, kissing him eagerly with her small lips.

Their movements grew more passionate. Taelan Fordring wrapped an arm around Jaina's slender waist, drawing her warm body closer to his. She seemed to sense his response and tightened her arms around his neck.

She parted her lips instinctively, continuing to kiss him. Their movements grew so intense that they struggled to breathe, like two fish on the verge of suffocating. At last, their lips parted, a stubborn thread of saliva still connecting them.
