Background / History

The Shinobi World's emerging consciousness draws on both planetary natural energy and the accumulated beliefs of its inhabitants. Its formation was encouraged by a growing population and by the spread of the belief that the earth itself was aware 257.

Little Shinobi was expected to form within Rōran's Dragon Vein and emerge with command over the planet's natural energy. Shinku's arrival created a crisis that accelerated her birth before she could gain that power. She appears as a playful child seeking Kamizuki's attention, but her incomplete body cannot safely contain the Dragon Vein 239 257.

Appearance

Little Shinobi has a childlike form. During the attempt to complete her development, her body cracks and emits pale blue power 239 253.

Connection to the Dragon Vein

• Intended ability: Had she formed normally inside the Dragon Vein, Little Shinobi would have been born able to command all the Shinobi World's natural energy 257.
• Limit: Born prematurely, she lacks that control, and the Dragon Vein's energy threatens to overwhelm her 257.
• Proposed solution: Orochimaru uses a modified sealing ritual to make her a Dragon Vein jinchūriki. Ten jinchūriki and their tailed beasts help redistribute the excess energy, while her connection with Kamizuki allows power seized from the Void God Realm to help suppress it 257.
