"You can't fool me. Anyone who comes here just wants to get their hands on my treasure!" Ox-King replied, still distrustful of Zhou Zilong.
Seeing this, Zhou Zilong smiled faintly and pressed harder with his fingers, sending a powerful force rebounding against Ox-King.
"I stopped your attack with two fingers. Do you really think I need to lie to you?" Zhou Zilong said calmly.
Feeling the unfathomable power Zhou Zilong possessed, Ox-King was stunned. He lowered his axe and took another look at the mysterious stranger. The two of them began introducing themselves.
Yamcha, who had been hoping to swoop in and take advantage, watched in astonishment. "That guy's so strong? Even Ox-King's no match for him. Damn it, I'll have to find a way to get stronger!"
"Brother Zilong, where did you learn those skills?" Ox-King asked curiously.
"Actually, we trained under the same master. Master Mutian took me on as a student four years ago," Zhou Zilong replied.
At this, Ox-King excitedly took Zhou Zilong's hand. "Junior brother! So you're the new student Master took on! How's he doing?"
"He's in great health. But, Senior Brother, I'm afraid he'll scold you for what you've been doing," Zhou Zilong said with a smile.
Ox-King scratched his head and said awkwardly, "Junior Brother, I was confused for a while. I promise I'll mend my ways from now on!"
After learning that the Flying Nimbus had already been given to Goku, Ox-King said, "Goku, I sent my daughter Chi-Chi to borrow the Banana Leaf Fan from Master Mutian so we can put out the fire. But I'm worried about her going alone, and I can't leave here. Could you please take her to find Master Mutian?"
Little Goku replied, "Sure!"
Ox-King added, "Chi-Chi's been spoiled since she was little, so please be patient with her when you meet. And, of course, I wouldn't mind if she became your bride!"
Ox-King then brought out a photo of his daughter. It showed an adorable little girl, and after taking note of what she looked like, Little Goku immediately set off on the Flying Nimbus to find Chi-Chi.
Meanwhile, Zhou Zilong cleared away some rubble and sat down to wait.
Time passed, and the sun gradually sank in the west. Thanks to his exceptional eyesight, Zhou Zilong finally spotted a familiar figure in the distance: Little Goku, racing toward them with a little girl.
"Senior Brother, they're back," Zhou Zilong said to Ox-King. "But it looks like they didn't get the Banana Leaf Fan."
Ox-King's face fell with disappointment.
Then Zhou Zilong added, "But Master Mutian came with Goku!"
Ox-King immediately brightened with hope.
Soon, Little Goku and Chi-Chi arrived in front of everyone, accompanied by Master Roshi.
Ox-King hurried forward, fell to his knees, and respectfully greeted Master Mutian. "Master Mutian, it's wonderful to see you again!"
Master Roshi looked down at Ox-King, kneeling before him, and a complicated expression crossed his face. He sighed softly and said, his tone somewhat stern, "I never thought we'd meet again like this, Ox-King. Your reputation hasn't been very good these past few years."
Ox-King's heart tightened. He quickly replied sincerely, "I'm sorry for the trouble, Master. I promise to mend my ways starting today!"
Zhou Zilong walked over and greeted Master Mutian. "Master, I thought it'd be quite a while before we met again. I didn't expect it to happen so soon!"
Seeing Zhou Zilong, Master Roshi said to Little Goku, "Goku, you should've told me you were with Zilong. Then I wouldn't have had to make the trip all this way!"
Little Goku replied innocently, "You didn't ask!"
Ox-King got to his feet and asked Master Roshi, "Master, are you saying Junior Brother can put out the fire on Fire Mountain?"
"Of course!" Master Roshi replied proudly. "Zilong is the most talented person I've ever met. He's already surpassed me in strength!"
Hearing this, Ox-King went over to Zhou Zilong. "Junior Brother, please help us put out the fire!"
"Leave it to me," Zhou Zilong replied.
Chi-Chi, Goku's future wife, ran over and pleaded, "Big Brother, please! Because of this sudden fire, Dad and I haven't been able to go back to the castle for ages!"
Zhou Zilong patted Chi-Chi on the head. "Don't worry. You and your dad will be able to go back to the castle soon!"
Hearing this, Chi-Chi ran over to Little Goku and said excitedly, "That's wonderful, Goku! You have to come visit my house!"
"Sure!" Little Goku replied. "Is there good food at the castle?"
"Of course there is! Can you ever ask about anything besides food?"
Seeing the two of them together, Zhou Zilong realized that, just like in the original story, Little Goku had used his peculiar way of telling boys and girls apart and accidentally promised to marry her.
Once he was in position, Zhou Zilong brought his hands together in the shape of a flower bud. Blue-white energy began gathering between them.
"Kame...hame...ha!" Zhou Zilong thrust his hands forward.
A powerful wave of energy burst from his hands and shot toward the flames.
As the Kamehameha neared the fire, Zhou Zilong immediately eased off the force. After all, in the original story, Master Roshi had put too much power into his attack and destroyed the castle along with the fire.
Wherever the Kamehameha's beam passed, the flames seemed to be swallowed by its tremendous power, gradually disappearing.
About a minute later, the fire surrounding the castle and the entire area had been completely extinguished by Zhou Zilong's powerful Kamehameha.
The heat began to fade as a breeze swept through.
Chi-Chi immediately cheered when she saw this. "Wonderful! The fire's gone!"
Little Goku complained to Zhou Zilong, "Zilong, you're so sneaky! You had such an amazing move and didn't teach it to me!"
Before Zhou Zilong could reply, Master Roshi spoke up. "Goku, Zilong isn't refusing to teach you. You haven't trained enough yet, so you can't learn it."
Ignoring Master Roshi, Little Goku walked up to a pile of rubble and copied the Kamehameha stance.
Watching him, Master Roshi said helplessly, "Why won't that kid listen?"
"Ka...me...ha...me...ha!" Little Goku shouted, bringing his hands to his waist.
Just as Master Roshi thought he would fail, a blue-white ball of energy formed in Little Goku's hands. It looked just like Zhou Zilong's, only much smaller, and shot toward a corner of the rubble.
Little Goku immediately cheered excitedly. "Yeah! I did it! I can do Zilong's move too!"
Master Roshi muttered, "That little Goku's pretty talented too!"
Ox-King quickly added, "He's Gohan's grandson. Of course he's talented!"
Master Roshi muttered again, "So he's the grandson Gohan adopted!"
After that, Master Roshi immediately went over to Little Goku and asked, "Goku, would you like to train under me?"
"Sure, Grandpa Turtle! But I want to finish this Dragon Ball journey first," Little Goku replied.
"Then come find me at Turtle Hermit's House when you're done," Master Roshi said.
Little Goku nodded to show he understood.
To celebrate the fire being extinguished, Ox-King invited Zhou Zilong and the others to visit his long-occupied castle. While they were there, Zhou Zilong asked if Ox-King had a Dragon Ball.
Since he hadn't paid much attention to it, Ox-King said they'd have to search the castle to find out.
Half an hour later, Bulma took a Dragon Ball from Ox-King and cheered, "Wonderful! We got the Seven-Star Ball!"
"That's right," Zhou Zilong replied. "Now we have six Dragon Balls!"
