Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang!

On one battlefield, Yamcha was locked in a fierce fight with a Saiyan soldier.

"Ha!"

Yamcha put some distance between them and gathered a yellow Ki Blast in his right hand.

"Spirit Ball!"

Yamcha threw the Ki Blast with his right hand, sending it straight toward the Saiyan soldier.

The soldier easily dodged it, but Yamcha immediately redirected the Ki Blast with his right hand.

Boom!

The Ki Blast hit its target, producing a deafening blast.

Less than a second later, the soldier's massive body charged out of the thick dust and punched Yamcha in the chest.

"Urgh!"

Yamcha spat out a mouthful of blood as his insides shuddered.

"Hmph. Pathetic!"

The soldier snorted, clasped his hands together, and smashed Yamcha into the ground.

Yamcha lay on the sand, barely clinging to life.

"It's over!"

A purple Ki Blast gathered in the soldier's right hand. He intended to finish Yamcha with one strike.

"Whoosh—!"

Just as the purple Ki Blast was about to hit Yamcha, a white energy ball knocked it away, sending it into a nearby sand dune.

Boom!

Sand scattered everywhere, like flowers raining from the sky.

"Who's there?!"

The Saiyan soldier immediately went on guard when he saw someone interfering in the fight.

"I don't have much time. Let's get this over with."

Li Feng appeared in front of the Saiyan soldier in an instant and punched him in the stomach.

"Urgh! Ah!"

The soldier doubled over like a shrimp, coughing up bile.

Li Feng immediately turned and hurried to the next battlefield. Without even looking back, he fired a small Ki Blast at the soldier.

"Boom!"

Though it was tiny, the Ki Blast packed terrifying power, completely obliterating the soldier.

"Where do you think you're running?!"

Elsewhere, a tall Saiyan soldier chased after Krillin.

"Destructo Disc!"

Krillin raised his right hand and formed a yellow blade of ki.

"Ha!"

Krillin swung his Destructo Disc at the enemy.

"Foolish!"

The tall Saiyan fired a Ki Blast of his own.

But when the two attacks collided, the Destructo Disc sliced through the energy ball like a knife through butter and continued straight toward the tall Saiyan!

"What?!"

The big oaf hadn't expected Krillin's Destructo Disc to be so powerful. He hurriedly dodged.

"Whoosh!"

The Destructo Disc grazed the oaf, cutting away part of his armor, then sliced clean through a hill!

"Damn it!"

The oaf flew into a rage and quickly fired a barrage of Ki Blasts at Krillin, hoping to blast him to pieces.

But Prince Trick had always been all smoke and no damage.

When the smoke cleared, a figure stood in front of him.

"Li Feng! You're here!"

Krillin exclaimed in delight.

The Destructo Disc was his strongest move, but he still hadn't hit the enemy, and he was nearly out of ki. If Li Feng hadn't blocked that last attack, he might already be dead.

"Yeah. Give these Senzu Beans to the others."

As he spoke, Li Feng handed Krillin the Senzu Beans.

There was no helping it. Li Feng had plenty of Senzu Beans to spare.

"Hmph! Where'd a brat like you get the nerve?"

The big Saiyan sneered.

"Where's your leader?"

Li Feng asked.

"You're not worthy of asking where Lord Turles is."

"Then die."

Li Feng blurred into motion and appeared in front of the Saiyan.

"Hmph? That all you've got?... Ah!"

He'd thought another fool had come to die. He hadn't expected to meet the Grim Reaper.

In less than three seconds, the big Saiyan soldier had been reduced to scraps.

Li Feng was simply too powerful now. After training in the Gravity Training Chamber, his battle power had reached 500,000!

Taking out these nobodies was a breeze.

"Whoosh!"

Li Feng vanished again.

"Li Feng is incredible!"

Krillin couldn't help exclaiming after eating a Senzu Bean.

"Now I need to give Senzu Beans to the others. I hope they're all okay."

Krillin flew toward Yamcha, whose ki was the weakest.

At another battlefield.

Tien Shinhan and Chiaotzu were fleeing for their lives.

Two purple-skinned twin soldiers were chasing them.

One of the soldiers fired a Ki Blast at Chiaotzu.

"Chiaotzu! Run!"

Tien Shinhan shoved Chiaotzu aside and took the hit himself.

"Argh!"

Tien Shinhan screamed as the blast slammed him into the ground.

Chiaotzu cried out.

"You're next!"

The other soldier close behind them fired an energy ball at Chiaotzu.

"No!"

Chiaotzu shouted in despair. After fleeing for so long, he was nearly out of ki, and he couldn't dodge in time.

"Boom!"

Just then, a yellow energy ball knocked the enemy's attack away.

"You've gone too far! I won't let you get away with this!"

Gohan had arrived!

Just as in the original story, after Chi-Chi grounded him, Gohan had still made his way to the Tree of Might with the help of the Velociraptor. He'd then caught up with Chiaotzu and the others and happened to save them.

"Where'd this brat come from?"

The twin brothers sneered.

"Ha! Ah!"

Seeing his friends injured, Gohan immediately powered up in anger.

"Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh—!"

A white aura burst out and sent the two soldiers flying.

"Hah! Ah!"

A white whirlwind flashed past. Gohan transformed into a white beast, his attacks fierce and relentless. In an instant, he left the two of them unable to fight back.

"Ha!"

"Bang! Bang!"

Gohan hit one enemy with his right fist and the other with his left leg. Their bodies flew backward like cannonballs and slammed into the ground with a crash.

"Oh? You're a Saiyan?"

A sudden voice came from behind Gohan.

"Huh? Dad?"

Gohan looked at the man's face, which was identical to Goku's, and stared in confusion.

"No, you're not Dad. Who are you?"

"Heh-heh. So you really are Kakarot's son."

Turles smiled.

"I'll give you a chance. Join my army and serve me."

"This planet is beyond saving. The Saiyans who remain must go out and conquer other planets!"

"I refuse!"

Gohan replied angrily.

"Hmph, brat. Don't make me force you!"

The smile vanished from Turles's face as he grabbed Gohan with one hand.

"Get your filthy hands off him!"

Another unfamiliar voice rang out, followed by a yellow Ki Blast shooting toward Turles.

Turles dodged, releasing Gohan as he did.

The one holding Gohan was the man in the white cape—Piccolo!

Piccolo, who was practically Gohan's real father, looked at him kindly.

"Uncle Piccolo! You're here!"

Gohan exclaimed in delight.

"Yeah. Are you all right?"

"I'm fine."

In the space of those few seconds, Turles moved at high speed and appeared behind Piccolo. A purple Ki Blast shot from his palm.

"Argh!"

Piccolo took Turles's attack squarely in the back to protect Gohan. His white cape and turban shattered, and the two of them fell from the sky.
