Aside from Son Gohan and Piccolo, everyone else still looked at Raditz with a trace of disgust.
But Raditz didn't care in the slightest. In his eyes, apart from his younger brother Kakarot, Son Gohan, and that Namekian, everyone else was nothing but an ant.
Would a person care how an ant looked at him?
Just after they'd returned, Son Gohan had told them about Vegeta, Nappa, and Piccolo being aliens. Frieza had naturally come up in the story, too.
"Oh my god... Goku, I've known you for so long, and I never realized you were an alien?" Krillin said in astonishment.
"No wonder you have a tail and turn into a ferocious Great Ape whenever the moon is full!" Master Roshi finally understood the reason.
Earth had all sorts of cat people, monster people, and dog people, but there was no one like Sun Wukong who could transform into a Great Ape!
So it turned out he wasn't even from the same planet!
"An elite warrior can control his consciousness after transforming into a Great Ape," Raditz suddenly interjected.
"Gohan, is what he said true?" Sun Wukong's eyes suddenly welled up with tears.
He'd actually known all along that he was the one who had transformed into a Great Ape and accidentally trampled Grandpa Gohan to death!
"Dad, you don't need to blame yourself. Your bloodline is only low-class among the Saiyans, so it's not your fault you couldn't control yourself! I'll figure out how to deal with the problem properly someday," Son Gohan could only say, trying to comfort his old man.
"It's all my fault. If I could've controlled myself, I wouldn't have trampled Grandpa to death!" Sun Wukong recalled Grandpa Gohan, his eyes filled with sorrow.
"Goku, don't be too sad. That guy didn't have much longer to live anyway. He died of old age," Master Roshi said, unable to bear seeing his old student so upset. He tried to comfort him.
"I understand, Master Roshi! I just missed Grandpa for a moment."
Seeing his good friend upset, Krillin's eyes darted around as he tried to change the subject.
"Goku, I want to go to Namek with you, too, and help resolve the crisis there!"
"Hmph, what use would a weakling like you be?" Before Sun Wukong could speak, Piccolo cut in.
"You!" Krillin was both angry and helpless. He was helpless because he was too weak to beat Piccolo!
"Enough, Piccolo. They're my friends. Don't insult them," Sun Wukong said, displeased.
Hearing Krillin volunteer, Son Gohan's eyes flashed with a glint.
"Go, go, go! Uncle Krillin has to come! It's a rare chance to see the world!" Son Gohan readily agreed to Krillin's request.
Before this, Sun Wukong had tried to break through to Super Saiyan, but his power level hadn't reached three million. On top of that, he just couldn't summon the kind of overwhelming anger he needed, so he'd failed.
Even Yamcha's death hadn't been enough to trigger his transformation!
Although his insufficient power level was also a factor, Son Gohan hadn't seen the same anger in Sun Wukong when Yamcha died as when Krillin did.
Perhaps, deep down, Sun Wukong simply thought Krillin mattered more than Yamcha!
There was a saying in Dragon Ball: "When Krillin is sacrificed, your power knows no bounds!"
Since Krillin had volunteered, Son Gohan certainly wasn't going to let the opportunity pass!
"Then I'm going, too," Tien Shinhan suddenly stood up.
"T-Tien, I'm going too!" Chiaotzu said.
"You don't need to go. I'll take you to another planet," Son Gohan said. Tien Shinhan's sudden movement had reminded him of Three-Eyed Star.
"Right, Tien Shinhan. Let me tell you what Gohan did on Three-Eyed Star a while back..." Sun Wukong launched into the story himself.
The sadness from earlier vanished in an instant!
Everyone listened closely as Sun Wukong told them the story!!!
Ten minutes later
"So I'm the only Earthling, and you're all aliens!!" Krillin was stunned.
"You're not necessarily an Earthling either. Don't forget, you don't have a nose or a sense of smell. There might be a planet of noseless people somewhere in the universe!" Son Gohan teased.
"That's what I've been saying! Where else would Earth get all these freaks?" Bulma wholeheartedly agreed with Son Gohan.
After their brief gathering, everyone went their separate ways again. Son Gohan contacted North Kai, who told him that Vegeta and Nappa would reach Earth in four months, while the Frieza Force was farther from Namek and would take a year to get there.
After hearing this, Son Gohan made his decision on the spot: once they'd dealt with Vegeta and Nappa in four months, they would head to Namek. He'd also have the Grand Elder unlock the potential of Sun Wukong, Krillin, and Raditz while they waited for Frieza to arrive.
Before that, Son Gohan first took Raditz back to Mount Paozu.
"Raditz, train with my dad. You've got plenty of combat experience, but when it comes to controlling your ki and systematic training, you're complete garbage!" Son Gohan said disdainfully.
"Yes, Gohan. I understand. Kakarot, sorry for the trouble!" Raditz stepped forward.
"Hmph, come with me. I'll teach you how to control your ki first. I really don't know how someone as weak as you managed to fight across the universe," Sun Wukong said, looking down on him a little, too.
Raditz's veins bulged with anger, and his face twisted. But in an instant, he returned to normal!
"You're right!"
What could he do? Just grin and bear it. Didn't like it? Too bad!
Raditz followed Sun Wukong into the Gravity Chamber, while Son Gohan went into his own Gravity Chamber.
Four months of grueling training began!
"Ah... Kakarot, you're taking revenge on me! That hurts..."
"Don't hit me there! A Saiyan's there is a weak point, too, you bastard!!"
"Big brother, I'm helping you overcome your weaknesses... Heh heh!!" Sun Wukong let out a wicked laugh unlike any he'd ever made before.
"You bastard!! Kakarot!" Raditz howled in pain.
The inhuman training, combined with Senzu Beans and the Gravity Chamber, made Raditz's power level grow exponentially!
It shot from around a thousand to over a hundred thousand!
There was no denying it: he had everything he needed—ki control, near-death experiences, recovery, Senzu Beans, and the Gravity Chamber!
All he had to do now was endure the pain!
And it had only taken two months!!
After breaking through a hundred thousand, Raditz reached a bottleneck!
And the lady of the house had returned!!
"What? Your older brother? How come I've never heard that you had a brother?" Chi-Chi was shocked.
She frowned as she looked at Raditz. His long hair reached below his backside, and he had a murderous look about him. He didn't look like a good person at all!
But out of courtesy, Chi-Chi still said politely, "It's nice to meet you, big brother!"
"Ah, no need, no need!" Raditz was so frightened that his face went pale!
He'd been taking Sun Wukong's beatings this whole time!
"I'll make this clear right now: don't lead Gohan astray!" Chi-Chi said sternly.
"Me, lead him astray?" Raditz couldn't believe his ears. He glanced at Son Gohan.
"Hmm? Got a problem?" Son Gohan asked, glaring at Raditz threateningly.
"No, no!!" Raditz hurriedly waved his hands.
