Izumi's identity was actually easy to sort out. They just needed to alter the village entry and exit records.
The Konoha High Command didn't usually flip through the records for no reason. They only conducted surprise investigations when necessary.
The Police Force might once have meddled in this sort of thing, but the Uchiha had been wiped out, and the Police Force no longer had anyone left. No one cared about entry and exit records anymore.
The ninja responsible for recording this information wouldn't go around the village conducting real-time visits and investigations, either. In other words, even if someone suddenly appeared in the village, they probably wouldn't be discovered unless they happened to get investigated.
There was no harm in leaving Uchiha Arashi alone.
But considering his position as a Reviewer might draw some attention, he figured it would be better to proactively close this loophole.
So he went to the Konoha Gate and used Kotoamatsukami to control the ninja on guard, adding records for Izumi and Ayatsuki. Their arrival was dated one week before his own, indicating that they had come ahead of time to scout out a place to live and a location for a shop.
Izumi's name in the records became Chiya Izumi, and her status was listed as Arashi's "fiancée." Ayatsuki was his younger sister, named Chiya Ayatsuki.
After hearing his arrangements, Izumi said nothing. Her cheeks just stayed flushed all day without fading. The other younger siblings thought she was sick and even planned to have her go see a doctor.
The younger siblings who hadn't come out yet would also be given legal identities in the same way.
As for whether this would attract Konoha's attention, it wasn't much of a problem. Konoha might not have an accurate list of the clan members, and checking the bodies against such a list wouldn't necessarily yield accurate results. More importantly, Uchiha Arashi could add or remove people whenever he wanted, which would undoubtedly make Konoha's verification efforts more difficult.
And besides, as long as he didn't stir up trouble in Konoha and simply focused on writing and publishing books, who would care about him?
With the publisher working at full capacity, Teyvat Travelogue had already spread throughout the Land of Fire. Recently, the Power of Recognition had been gathering faster and faster. What had initially been enough to create one Eye of God per day had increased to three every two days.
Since the first book covered the two nations of Mondstadt and Liyue, and both mentioned the concept of a Gnosis, Uchiha Arashi had recently been trying to condense one.
Compared to an Eye of God, a Gnosis undoubtedly held greater power.
An Eye of God was merely a basic External Magical Organ. It could guide Elemental Power and let people master it quickly, but it couldn't take them any further. Its upper limit was, at best, Kage Level. It was also only suited to a single element. In the Naruto world, that meant reaching the pinnacle of a single Chakra Nature Transformation, and nothing more.
A Gnosis was different. According to Teyvat's rules, it could resonate directly with Celestia. It offered greater control over the elements and possessed many abilities on the level of rules, such as manipulating Ley Lines, rewriting a nation's fate, and even directly awakening the Heavenly Principles.
Unfortunately, the Ninja World had no Heavenly Principles, and Uchiha Arashi wasn't foolish enough to create another father figure for himself.
So without the "Heavenly Principles," a Gnosis's upper limit would most likely be breaking past Kage Level and reaching the higher Six Paths Level or Otsutsuki Level. In other words, it might grant mastery of all chakra natures and control over Kekkei Genkai, perhaps even allowing its wielder to influence the entire world to some extent.
Of course, all of this was Uchiha Arashi's speculation. He wouldn't know what a Gnosis could really do until he created one.
Unfortunately, the requirements for a Gnosis were incomparably greater than those for an Eye of God. The two weren't even remotely on the same level.
When condensing an Eye of God, even back when the Power of Recognition was accumulating slowly, he could clearly sense the limits and roughly estimate when he'd be able to make one. But with a Gnosis, he couldn't feel anything at all. The vast amounts of the Power of Recognition he poured into it vanished like mud sinking into the sea.
"That's ridiculous! Is a Gnosis really that much stronger than an Eye of God? I never got that impression when I played the game..."
Uchiha Arashi scratched his head.
The gods in the game were indeed powerful, but that was because they were strong in their own right. Even without their Gnoses, they could overwhelm the vast majority of mortals.
Even when a Gnosis was stolen, the player's frustration felt more like, "Someone stole a valuable item," rather than the distress of losing a huge portion of their power.
But now it seemed that replicating a Gnosis was at least a hundred times harder than replicating an Eye of God. The gap between the two was simply enormous.
"Good thing I chose to write and publish books. Otherwise, with the Power of Recognition I need, who knows how long I'd be collecting it?"
The more Uchiha Arashi thought about it, the more convinced he was that he'd made the right choice. So, once life finally settled down, he immediately began writing his third book: the Inazuma chapter. Inazuma's style was much like that of the Ninja World, so it might resonate even more with readers, spread farther, and earn him more of the Power of Recognition.
"I'll try to get the Gnosis before the Sumeru chapter ends. Fontaine... Hmm, its style is too different from the Ninja World. I doubt it'll be very popular."
There was another reason, too: safety.
As long as they were alive, they were always in danger, whether they were in Konoha or not. Living in Konoha even had the advantage of hiding in plain sight. The Third would never imagine that this group would be bold enough to live right under the Hokage's nose.
The sooner he created a Gnosis, the sooner his strength could advance further. He'd be better able to handle unexpected situations, and their safety would be more secure.

in the Land of Fields, Konoha's Anbu Ninja had already found Orochimaru's trail.
"I don't need to tell you about his identity or how dangerous he is. Be careful every step of the way. If you encounter danger, signal immediately. Don't engage him; run if you can."
The Anbu squad leader spoke in a low voice to the team members beside him.
Their opponent this time was Orochimaru, one of the most dangerous rogue ninja from Konoha. It was impossible to be too cautious.
"Yes!"
The three Anbu behind him nodded and answered in equally hushed voices.
"Oh? So cautious? Is there some kind of plot afoot? Let me guess—you're planning to target me, aren't you?"
A hoarse voice suddenly rang out, its tone faintly mocking.
The Anbu preparing their battle plan felt their bodies tense, as if a venomous snake had fixed its gaze on them. An overwhelming sense of danger descended from above.
"Get out of the way!!!"
