Background / History

The Uchiha are one of the two undisputed first-tier clans in the Land of Fire, alongside the Senju. Their clan head, First Elder, and Second Elder are all described as clan-head-level combatants. Their long-standing hostility with the Senju defines much of the region's warfare. 12

Unlike the Senju, who are frequently hired for protection, the Uchiha primarily undertake assassination missions. Their reputation is based on strength, aggression, and the fear inspired by their ocular bloodline. 3

The clan acts aggressively to secure resources and influence. When the Fujiwara Clan unearthed chakra metal, the Uchiha dispatched a force to seize it, using Fujiwara Koji's betrayal to obtain the metal and eliminate the clan's defenders. 8 10

During the war against the Senju and their allies, the Uchiha turned the Fujino Clan head into an agent through genjutsu, then used the Fujino betrayal to launch a night raid against the Eastern Alliance.
