"I am sure, Lord Hokage." Uchiha Akira nodded.

"Very well, wait a moment."

As Minato Namikaze spoke, he spread out the Scroll of Sealing, and blue light began to emanate from his hands.

After pressing on the Scroll of Sealing twice, he handed it over and said, "I have unlocked the seals for the Strength of a Hundred and the Spirit Transformation Technique. Record them yourself; you are not permitted to teach them to others."

After receiving the Scroll of Sealing, Uchiha Akira's scarlet Sharingan swept across it, instantly recording both the Strength of a Hundred and the Spirit Transformation Technique, imprinting them into his mind.
