Background & History

Wang Li trained alongside Chen Chong, Li Xiaoguang, and Liu Hetao after arriving at Thunder Dragon Park. Though he initially pushed Liu Hetao to seek information from intimidating veterans, Chen Chong flattered Wang Li into taking the risk himself; Wang Li returned with crucial information about what the group was being sent to do. 8

He was cautious around Brother Yao, the building’s boss, and acted as the group’s spokesman to defuse the confrontation. He later admitted that he had left his former gang because he was afraid of fighting, claiming he had usually hidden in the back and earned the derisive nicknames “Rat Li” and “Flour Boy.” 11 15
