The Allied Forces leaders gathered once again. This time, the atmosphere was even grimmer than before.
Ōnoki sat at the head of the table, a new map spread out before him-it marked the current locations of the three Ōtsutsuki, as well as the enormous stone sphere created by Planetary Devastation.
"According to the reconnaissance team's intelligence, the three Ōtsutsuki have established a temporary base around Planetary Devastation." Ōnoki tapped the map with his cane. "They're attempting to undo the seal and release the God Tree. At their current pace, it should take them roughly a month."
"A month..." A frowned. "So we only have a month to prepare?"
"No." Ōnoki shook his head. "We can't wait until they've undone the seal to fight. We must launch an offensive within the month and defeat them before they break the seal."
"But we suffered a crushing defeat just yesterday," Granny Chiyo said. "Morale is low, and we have so many wounded. How are we supposed to fight?"
"That's why we need new tactics and new strength." Ōnoki looked at Minato. "Fourth Hokage, do you have any ideas?"
Minato stood and walked over to the map. "I have a plan, but I'll need everyone's support."
"Let's hear it."
"The main reasons we lost yesterday were our lack of understanding of the Ōtsutsuki's abilities and our lack of effective ways to hurt them," Minato said. "So we need to devise tactics specifically targeting their weaknesses."
He pointed to the three dots on the map. "Kinshiki Otsutsuki excels at taijutsu and weapon transformation, but his weakness is his relatively low resistance to genjutsu. We can restrain him with genjutsu, then break through his defenses with physical attacks."
