What a Small World

After the siblings had finished getting ready, they ate breakfast, said goodbye to their mother, and left the house, both in high spirits.

After all, it had been a long time since they had gone to school, and there were several classmates they hadn't seen in ages.

"Big brother, I'm really so happy. We can finally go back to school."

"Yeah, this kind of life really is pleasant."

"Come on, let's pick up the pace. We can't be late on the first day."

Uchiha Matsuzaki said with a smile to his sister, and then they hurried toward school.

The two of them reached the school gates as quickly as they could. The school looked completely new.

"I can't believe the school has changed so much."

"I have to say, it looks much better than it used to. They've added a lot of new things, too."

Looking at the school's new appearance, Uchiha Matsuzaki couldn't help but sigh.

His younger sister, Uchiha Ke, was even more excited. After all, lots of her friends were waiting for her at school!

"Okay, big brother. I'm going to my classroom now. I can hardly wait to see them!"

Uchiha Ke said happily.

Uchiha Matsuzaki nodded, and the two of them went their separate ways.

I'm not the same person I used to be. I can finally pay back all the humiliation I suffered before. And I still remember clearly everyone who bullied me. I'll treat them exactly as they treated me.

Uchiha Matsuzaki stopped and muttered, frowning.

"Matsuzaki, long time no see!"

Just then, a very familiar voice came from behind Uchiha Matsuzaki.

He turned around and saw a familiar face. It was his friend, Yamamoto Takeshi.

"Hey, Yamamoto. I can't believe you actually made it here on time today."

"That's a real surprise."

"But I'm really glad to see you. It's been so long."

Uchiha Matsuzaki smiled at Yamamoto Takeshi as he came over.

"You bet. I was so bored at home without you!"

"When I heard yesterday that school was starting, I was really happy."

Yamamoto Takeshi patted Uchiha Matsuzaki on the shoulder and grinned at him.

"Yeah..."

Just as Uchiha Matsuzaki was about to say something, he suddenly spotted some people who made him feel deeply uncomfortable.

"Well, look who it is—the bottom of our class!"

"I can't believe the worst student got here before us. Hahaha!"

The three people approaching them were the ones who had always enjoyed bullying Uchiha Matsuzaki.

One of them was the leader of the group, and he was also from the Uchiha Clan.

"What a small world! Matsuzaki, watch out. Who knows what they're up to,"

Yamamoto Takeshi said quietly as he watched the three of them.

Uchiha Matsuzaki didn't reply. He simply watched the three people in front of him.

"Fine, it's the first day of school, so we won't beat you up at the school gates. There should be a back-to-school sparring match later. You'll be in for it then."

"Those days off were so boring. Good thing school's finally back in session."

"Now we can really take our frustration out on you!"

With that, the three of them walked off, leaving Uchiha Matsuzaki and Yamamoto Takeshi behind.

Yamamoto Takeshi was grinding his teeth, itching to beat them up, while Uchiha Matsuzaki remained perfectly calm.
