As the empires negotiated over Soul Spirits, Long Yaochen accepted Long Aotian’s challenge, and their duel remained unresolved.

• Long Yaochen used Bi Ji’s lightning and the Golden Earth Dragon’s severed arm and Soul Bone to transform it into the Golden Earth Dragon King, then gained two red Soul Rings and broke through to level sixty.
• Bi Ji healed Xiong Jun after his tribulation, and she and Xiong Jun went with Long Yaochen to Shrek while Du Busi returned to the Body Sect missing an arm and warned against attacking Shrek.
