"Oh my god!" Naruto was astonished. "Six-Eared Macaque, the True and False Monkey King... Could there really be a Flower Fruit Mountain in the Shinobi World, and a Sun Wukong?"
Liu Er stared at Naruto. "So it was you, little brat. Looks like you know a bit about me, Liu Er. As for Sun Wukong, he began training under the Sage of Six Paths many years ago. I saw him again after all these years, and it seemed he'd grown four extra tails. Sun Wukong had always been bitter about losing his tail, but after growing four more, his memories changed and his strength weakened. What a joke."
Naruto couldn't believe it. "Impossible! Great Sage Equal to Heaven Sun Wukong, Victorious Fighting Buddha Sun Xingzhe—how could four extra tails change him?"
Then Naruto cried out, "I'm such an idiot! This is the Naruto world, not the Journey to the West universe. They just happen to have the same names. How could they really be the same people?"
Liu Er strolled leisurely. "Little brat, though you summoned me, Liu Er, I should be helping you out. But I have one condition. If you can meet it, I'll stay by your side for the rest of your life."
As his excitement gradually settled, Naruto recalled just how powerful the Six-Eared Macaque was. If he really signed a blood contract with Liu Er and summoned him, then even if he ran out of chakra in the future, he'd still be able to protect himself. "What condition?"
Liu Er scratched his ear and walked over to Naruto. "Little brat, after Sun Wukong grew four extra tails, the Adamantine Staff vanished without a trace. If you can find the Adamantine Staff I'm looking for, then you and I can go wherever we please, from heaven to earth."
"How about it? If you can't, I'll be heading back." Liu Er flipped nimbly in the air.
Naruto steadied him. "Don't rush. Give me a moment to think."
System, Liu Er still wants to replace Sun Wukong!

Brilliant golden light shimmered as a flower needle floated in Naruto's palm.
Liu Er laughed and strode over, picking up the flower needle. "Little brat, fate has brought us together. I'll teach you a couple of tricks."
At Liu Er's will, the flower needle grew into an ordinary-sized staff. Dragon patterns were carved into both ends, and the characters "Ruyi Jingu Bang" glimmered at its center.
"Liu Er, that giant snake and the Orochimaru on its head, the monster over there that looks like a shark, and the masked monster are all enemies." Naruto pointed out each enemy present.
Naruto summoned a monkey.
Orochimaru was puzzled. Had Hiruzen Sarutobi taken Naruto on as a student too? Had Naruto signed a Summoning Contract with the Enma clan? They were powerful, but not as formidable as the Three Great Sage Regions. Still, seeing Naruto's expression, Orochimaru quietly warned Manda not to let his guard down.
Could one monkey make up the difference in strength?
Tobi found it incredibly amusing. "I thought he'd summon one of those frogs from Mount Myōboku. Never expected a monkey. But with golden fur and a tiger-skin robe, he looks pretty cool."
In Uchiha Obito's eyes, the Tailed Beasts were the strongest summons. The rest were only worth looking at.
Liu Er plucked four hairs from the back of his head and blew a breath of sage energy over them. "Let the show begin!"
All four hairs transformed into Liu Ers, who laughed and danced about, brandishing their Adamantine Staffs.
"Go."
Liu Er and his Body Outside Body clones immediately scattered, each engaging one of the enemies Naruto had pointed out.
"Grow!"
The Adamantine Staff instantly stretched to a hundred meters and struck straight at Orochimaru's face.
Orochimaru froze. Fortunately, Manda raised his head and blocked the Adamantine Staff, preventing Orochimaru from being hurt.
But that single blow left Manda's hide torn and bleeding.
Liu Er scoffed. "Little snake, you've got some strength to block one of my blows. But that's all."
Law of Heaven and Earth.
Liu Er was utterly unrestrained. The little brat had given him such a wonderful gift; if he didn't show off a little, and then had to hand the Adamantine Staff back, he'd be miserable.
Liu Er grew as tall as a mountain, his waist like a range of peaks, his eyes like lightning, his mouth like a blood-filled basin, his teeth like swords and halberds. The Golden Cudgel swept through the clouds in his hand, then came crashing down on Manda.
Orochimaru was stunned by the sight. Was this really a summon? Why did it feel even more terrifying than the Nine-Tails?
At this rate, that single blow would turn him and Manda into a pile of mush.
Elsewhere, Uchiha Obito, Tobi, and Kisame were completely overwhelmed by Liu Er, unable to fight back.
The Mangekyō Sharingan's intangibility could avoid Liu Er's attacks, but Liu Er had Fiery Eyes that could see through anything. He quickly saw through Uchiha Obito's intangibility.
Liu Er was even an expert in space-time techniques.
"Run! That monkey's too strong!" Liu Er hit Uchiha Obito through his space-time intangibility with a single blow, instantly severing one of his arms.
Tobi merged into the ground.
Liu Er's eyes lit up. "That's a clever Earth Release. I'll let you go."
"Kamui!" For the first time, Uchiha Obito began to doubt the power of his Mangekyō Sharingan, but he still managed to escape with Kisame through a space-time portal.
"Manda, run!" Orochimaru couldn't just watch Manda die. "Summoning Jutsu: Triple Rashōmon!"
Three Rashōmon gates with gaping mouths rose in front of Orochimaru.
Orochimaru released Manda from the summoning, sending him straight back to Ryūchi Cave.
Bang! Bang! Bang!
The Rashōmon gates shattered, completely unable to withstand Liu Er's immense strength.
Orochimaru closed his eyes and sent a small snake slithering into the ruins.
The earth shook, and a thunderous crash filled the sky.
Orochimaru's body turned to dust.
Liu Er was ready to unleash even more of his might, but Naruto had no choice but to end the summoning. The chakra inside him was nearly depleted.
Maintaining the summoning of Liu Er also consumed a tremendous amount of chakra.
"Little brat, fate rests with you. If you wish, come visit me at Flower Fruit Mountain."
Liu Er vanished, and all was quiet.
Naruto collapsed weakly into Sasuke's arms. "Sasuke-chan, find me a soft bed. I really want to sleep for a while."
Sasuke was too stunned by Naruto's strength to speak. Could he catch up to Naruto with only the Sharingan?
No! The answer was obvious. Orochimaru's words echoed in Sasuke's mind.
Orochimaru could teach him a higher level of power, not just the basics of the Ninja Academy's techniques.
A small snake was hidden in Sasuke's pocket. Sasuke had already made up his mind.
Outside the Four Violet Flames Formation, everyone was still locked in a standoff.
First a giant snake appeared, then a giant monkey. The tremors from their battle had alarmed Konoha's ordinary civilians.
Danzo had no idea that Uchiha Obito, trying to lure Itachi into the Akatsuki, had exposed him without mercy.
A flash of yellow light passed by. In the shadows at the four corners of the Uchiha compound, four disfigured figures fell, and the Four Violet Flames Formation was dispelled at the same time.
