Kakashi watched as the shadow clone of Lin Fan vanished rapidly from the Earth Style: Earth Wall, unable to help but shake his head.

The combat experience and talent displayed by this twelve-year-old child were undoubtedly stunning.

One could even say he was not inferior to Itachi at the same age.

If he could be properly nurtured, his future would be absolutely limitless.

After this thought crossed his mind, Kakashi suddenly felt the world spinning around him.

He had unleashed the Earth Style: Earth Wall with the firm resolve to defeat Lin Fan.

Now, his chakra was completely exhausted.

On top of that, the agonizing pain from the Illusion of Reality was causing his physical strength to drain away rapidly.

However, just as Kakashi's legs gave out and he was about to fall, he suddenly felt his body being slowly lifted.

It turned out that Naruto and Sasuke were supporting him with their arms.

The disparity in their strength left Sasuke with incredibly complex emotions.

Naruto and Sasuke then immediately helped the two up and hurried toward the village's Medical Unit.

Meanwhile, in the office of the Hokage Building.

Hiruzen Sarutobi, who had watched the entire bell-snatching battle of Team 7 through his crystal ball, could not help but feel waves of emotion.

Kakashi was one of the premier elite jonin in their village.

His strength and intellect were such that he could potentially succeed as Hokage in the future.

Yet, this twelve-year-old boy who had just graduated from the Ninja Academy had actually managed to force a 50/50 draw with Kakashi?

What immense talent this was.

It seems that among the survivors of the Uchiha Clan, another world-class genius has emerged.

The Third Hokage muttered to himself with a smile as he took a puff from his pipe.

At the same time, he made up his mind to protect Lin Fan well.

Although the ninja world was currently in an era of peace, friction between the five great nations remained constant.

"I didn't, I wasn't, don't listen to this dead-last, Lin Fan."

Sasuke remained his usual self, offering a classic, tsundere triple-denial.

Lin Fan couldn't help but chuckle, then asked, "How is Kakashi-sensei? Has he woken up yet?"

"Thank you for your concern, Lin Fan. Your teacher isn't going to die just yet."

As the privacy screen beside the bed was slowly pulled back, the figures of the best-friend duo, Kakashi and Might Guy, were revealed in the adjacent beds.

Lin Fan could see that Kakashi's injuries were clearly more severe than his own.

Leaning against his bed in a state of temporary exhaustion, Kakashi required Might Guy's assistance just to turn the pages of his beloved My Neighbor's Aunt.

"Yosh! You did a great job, Lin Fan."

"To defeat Kakashi, who has always bested me, at such a young age—your future is truly limitless."

"Kakashi definitely won't be getting out of bed today. Are you interested in training with me? I can take you running into the sunset, and together we can burn through our fleeting youth, how about it?"

After speaking, Might Guy gave Lin Fan a thumbs-up, flashing his signature, blindingly white teeth.

"Hey, Guy, aren't you here to visit me? Why are you trying to poach my student right in front of me?"

"Lin Fan's injuries haven't fully healed yet; training with you now will only make his condition worse."

Kakashi rolled his eyes, immediately becoming protective of his student.

"Kakashi-sensei, do you admit that we passed the test and have become genin?"

Naruto narrowed his eyes, asking with excitement.

Kakashi was silent for a moment.

Finally, he smiled and said, "Of course. You two managed to get my bells, and Lin Fan even landed me in the hospital, so naturally, everyone passes."

"Congratulations to you three little ones for passing the test and becoming genin."

"Take tomorrow off. The day after, at nine in the morning, the entire Team 7 will meet at the entrance of the Hokage Building to accept our first mission from the village!"

Naruto pumped his fists in the air, shouting excitedly, "Long live! I'm finally a genin!!!"

Sasuke kept his gaze cold. "Dead-last, try to be sharp when we're on missions. Don't hold me and Lin Fan back."
