"I've had too much to drink, I'm going to relieve myself." Obito greeted Tsunade before rising from his seat.

"Go ahead, we'll leave when you get back." Tsunade waved her hand; she was already regretting coming in here. The outside world wasn't all that wonderful after all.

Obito squeezed into the crowd, where the dense throng reeked of strong sweat and the perfume of women. He moved nonchalantly until he reached a masked man selling powder, grabbed his arm, and activated Kamui, sucking the man directly into the Kamui dimension.

The dim environment and the crowded, frenzied mob provided perfect cover for Obito; no one noticed that a person had gone missing.

Obito found a secluded spot and entered the Kamui dimension. The drug dealer was clearly terrified; one second he was in a bustling bar, and the next, he was in a strange, deathly silent world. Then, a person appeared out of thin air!

"I ask, you answer. Don't hold anything back, understand?" Obito asked coldly.

The sudden appearance of Obito seemed to make the dealer feel both fear and a glimmer of hope for survival. The greatest fear stems from the unknown; having someone appear, even an enemy, was better than nothing for him.

The person before him was clearly someone with immense power. The dealer crawled to Obito, rear-end in the air, and knocked his head against the ground repeatedly with loud thuds. Trembling, he said quickly, "Spare me, my lord! Spare me! Ask whatever you wish, I won't dare to hide anything."

"What is this stuff you're selling to others?" Obito asked.

"It's Holy Powder. After inhaling it, it lets people enter another world, making them feel inner joy and letting go of all their sorrows," the dealer said, keeping his head low.

"Where did you get it?" Obito continued.

"I get it from Boss Gato."

Gato? That sounds familiar. Right, the villain in the Land of Waves, Naruto's first mission outside the village, was Gato. I wonder if it's the same guy, Obito thought to himself.

"Who is Gato?"

"Boss Gato is the owner of this bar. It's not just this one; many bars and casinos in the Land of Hot Water are Boss Gato's properties, though he usually stays in this bar."

Obito felt that this Gato was almost certainly the same one from the Land of Waves. His methods of making money were very similar—both involved black-market dealings and acquiring wealth through extortion and robbery. The only difference was that his current scale of operations wasn't as large yet.

"Where is Gato?" Obito asked.

"Boss Gato usually stays in the office on the third floor of the bar. I don't know anything else; I'm just a small fry and have never been to the third floor. I've told you everything, please have mercy, my lord! I have an eighty-year-old mother and a nursing child; I can't die, my lord!"

"You know what happens to people after they inhale this stuff, right?"

"I... I don't know. I'm just an ordinary person. I owed Gato gambling debts, and I had no choice but to sell drugs for him to pay them off. Spare me, my lord! If I don't do it, my wife and daughter will be snatched away by that bastard Gato... My lord! Please spare me! I'll never do it again!"

The dealer wept bitterly.

He checked his watch; less than five minutes had passed. Obito washed his hands and returned to his seat, leaving the bar with Tsunade.

In the original story, this guy became a ruthless character who could steal the interests of an entire nation; even if it was a small nation, he was certainly no simpleton.

"You! Who are you!" The person appearing suddenly in the office nearly scared Gato to death. People with guilty consciences are the easiest to frighten, and Gato had committed countless evil deeds over the years.

Gato clutched his shoulder and said, "My lord, Gato didn't recognize your greatness. Please forgive me."

"Look up and look at me!" Obito shouted. Gato instinctively looked up at Obito, and in an instant, his eyes went blank. He had clearly fallen under Obito's genjutsu.

"Camilla?"

After interrogating Gato, the result was quite unexpected.

Relying on his years of experience in the underworld and a streak of viciousness, Gato gathered a new group of people and returned to his old ways, but he never dared to set up casinos in bustling areas again. He became the local tyrant of that small stretch of the docks.

It wasn't until a chance encounter that he met a beautiful woman named Camilla. Everything changed from that moment on. With Camilla's help, Gato's sphere of influence expanded rapidly, leading to his status today as a famous crime boss in the Land of Hot Water.
