Liu Xuanye led the Bamboo Spring Sect while suffering from a cultivation deviation and a weakened condition that drew the attention of the Black Lotus immortal bandits. During their assault, she activated the sect’s hidden mountain-protecting formation and fought despite the disparity between her Nine-Star Immortal Master cultivation and Yunzhongzi’s Half-Step Immortal Sect Master realm. She ultimately slew the remaining Black Lotus members, then collapsed from her injuries. Lu Ya stabilized her condition. 6 9
