Its ancestral land is the Heavenly Sacrifice Mountain Range in Hell, where colossal statues of the Four Divine Beasts stand around the mountain range and High-God patrols guard the territories. At its height, the family maintained members throughout the Divine Planes, particularly in Hell, the Heavenly Realm, the Life God Realm, and the Netherworld. Its members traveled between planes with unusual ease through Main God Tokens, while its branches could mobilize powerful experts and distinctive Metal Lifeforms. 44 52 93

Gaisreisen, patriarch of the Azure Dragon Clan, led the family as a whole. The family’s four branches operated as one unit, with Gaisreisen and the other clan leaders holding deeply rooted prestige among their clansmen. 44 93 182

Conflict with Ailin

The family’s conflict with Ailin began after Azure Dragon Clan Elder Bensgodo was killed while seeking Blood Pattern Ice in the Netherworld. Gaisreisen treated the death of an elder as an unprecedented loss, but chose to investigate Ailin’s identity before retaliating. 30 44

The dispute intensified after Ailin killed further family members, including Ennio. The Four Divine Beast Family fought a long conflict against the Augusta Family and its allies in the Netherworld, deploying Hunting Teams and suffering repeated elder-level casualties. 93 95 105 112

To confront Ailin and restore the family’s prestige, Gaisreisen, Ges, Tia, and Andrew eventually mastered a combined Innate Divine Ability. Andrew’s later death rendered that specific four-person coordination unusable. 104 182

Fall of the Four Divine Beasts

The Four Divine Beasts themselves later entered a major conflict against Ailin and Augusta. Their plan relied on alliances with several Rulers and on their Innate Divine Abilities, but Ofu prevented their Combined Innate Divine Ability from being used against Ailin. 155 161

Azure Dragon was killed by Augusta during the battle. White Tiger, Black Tortoise, and Vermilion Bird were subsequently slain as Augusta pursued the surviving siblings. Beirut seized all four corpses amid the aftermath. 167 168

Present Crisis

With the Four Divine Beasts dead, the family lost its inexhaustible supply of Sovereign’s Might and its greatest deterrent. Rumors of their fall prompted hostile super families, former enemies, and opportunists to target surviving clansmen. 181 182 191

Gaisreisen ordered family members across the planes to withdraw to the Heavenly Sacrifice Mountain Range, collect remaining Sovereign’s Might, and preserve part of the bloodline in inconspicuous Material Planes if necessary.
