Black Raven, Night Elves
The land encircled by the fissure in the earth resembled an isolated island in a lake. The Tooth-Soldiers dragged the ten Furbolgs corpses together, then covered them with live shrubs before preparing to set them on fire. It was difficult to ignite corpses and live shrubs alone, but fortunately, Zul'ra knew magic. ◦•●◉✿ ✿◉●•◦
Zul'ra used Arcane to make the fire spirits kiss the corpses and bushes, setting them ablaze as quickly as possible. The smoke from the burning corpses and bushes was pungent and acrid. Zul'ra then had the remaining Furbolgs corpses thrown in, and the flames immediately intensified, with thick smoke rising rapidly into the sky.
"I hope someone can see this," Zul'ra said, her voice tinged with prayer as she watched the smoke rise into the sky.
"Zul'ra Jin, those Furbolgs seem to be leaving." Tejiji's voice came, and Zul'ra turned around and walked over, standing at the edge of the crevice to look. Sure enough, he could see some Furbolgs retreating into the forest.
"Hopefully they'll leave on their own! I'll give you some treatment now." Zul'ra nodded slightly as she looked at the Furbolgs, then at the claw wounds on Tejiji's arm. Upon closer inspection, she saw that the Tooth-Soldiers were all seriously injured, while Naisha and the others who were in charge of ranged attacks were less seriously injured.
Zul'ra entered into meditation, then summoned the light of the Sacred Pool, waving her hand to shower the colorful, dew-like light upon the Trolls, rapidly healing their wounds and restoring their spirits. Faced with these spells, the Trolls Warrior showed utmost piety.
"Do you need me to treat you as well?" After healing Tejiji and the others, Zul'ra turned to Naisha and the others and asked.
"Of course." Naisha stared wide-eyed, utterly astonished by Zul'ra's endless spells, and didn't refuse his treatment.
After receiving permission, Zul'ra showered the Sacred Pool's light, like colorful dewdrops, upon them, healing their wounds and restoring their spirits, much to the Elves ' amazement.
"Your magical energy is very similar to the Moonwell?" Naisha couldn't help but ask, looking at the wound on her arm that had healed.
"Is that so!" Zul'ra raised an eyebrow. The Moonwell is a magical source that the Night Elves currently possess. Its origin is probably the same as the Sunwell, made from the Waters of the Well of Eternity that Illidan kept privately. However, the Elves dare to use it, so they must have used some special methods to dispel the Arcane influence within it.
"Yes, if it's convenient, could you tell me where you get this energy from?" Naisha asked with a hint of curiosity.
"I'm sorry." Zul'ra refused Naisha's curiosity. The Sacred Pool belonged to Amani, and he had no obligation to share these things with the Night Elves and Blood Elves for free.
"Alright!" Naisha wasn't stupid; judging from Zul'ra's reaction, she could tell that some secrets were involved.
"Zul'ra Jin, something's happened." A Tooth-Soldiers's voice rang out. Zul'ra immediately went over, followed their pointing finger, and his face darkened. He then shouted, "Prepare for battle!"
"What's wrong!" Naisha walked over upon hearing Zul'ra's words, but when she looked at the other side of the fissure, she couldn't help but darken her face as well. The Furbolgs were carrying several tree trunks and logs in twos and threes, seemingly preparing to build a bridge across the fissure. How could they be so corrupted and insane yet still have such low intelligence?
In twos and threes, the Furbolgs carrying logs quickly squeezed to the edge of the fissure in the ground, and then hurriedly laid the logs on the cliff-like crevice, piecing them together to form a wooden bridge, and then prepared to launch an attack from the bridge.
Faced with the Furbolgs preparing to build a bridge and launch an attack, Naisha and the others immediately drew their bows and nocked arrows. Even Tejiji and the Tooth-Soldiers couldn't help but step forward to push away the logs so that the Furbolgs wouldn't be able to build the bridge, but Zul'ra stopped them all.
"Let them come!" Zul'ra stopped the Tooth-Soldiers and the female night demons who were shooting arrows, telling them to calm down. Then she went to the bonfire on the desolate ground, which was emitting black smoke, and communicated with the spirit of fire.
"They're coming." Naisha watched Zul'ra's actions, her purple eyebrows twitching slightly. Seeing the Furbolgs opposite her assembling the logs one by one and then crowding around them to launch an attack, she couldn't help but shout.
"Then let's go!" Zul'ra opened his fiery eyes, then suddenly raised his hand. With a loud boom, the bonfire of corpses in front of him suddenly flared up, the flames flying into the air and forming a cloud of fire. Along with his finger, it drifted over the heads of the Trolls and Elves, burning towards the Furbolgs huddled together on the opposite bank.
The Burning Legion poisoned Felwood, corrupting and driving the Furbolgs mad. But they retained their wisdom in logging and building bridges, and thus also felt fear and dread. Faced with the approaching flames, they instinctively howled and fled from the wooden bridges made of tree trunks, even though the flames only burned off their fur at most.
"Bring those flames over and put them on the fire." Zul'ra used the flames to drive away the Furbolgs, allowing Tejiji and the others to take the time to pull over the tree trunks and logs, then fill the fire to burn, making the smoke in the sky even thicker.
"Ah!" Just as Zul'ra repelled the attack of a group of Furbolgs and made his distress signal burn even brighter, a strange cry suddenly came from the sky. Everyone looked over and saw a black crow with a wingspan of two meters flying down from above the forest.
"Here, here." Naisha looked at the black raven flying in from the sky and couldn't help but wave her arm and call out in the language of the Kaldorei. Hearing her words, the black raven circled twice in the sky and then flapped its wings and landed. Zul'ra blocked the wary Tooth-Soldiers and let the giant black raven land in the field.
The giant black raven had a wingspan of over two meters. After landing, it flapped its two large black wings slightly and then folded them back over its body. A gray smoke emanated from its black feathers, enveloping its entire body. As the smoke dissipated, a purple-skinned Night Elves with green hair and beard and golden eyes stood before the group.
"I came with the wind, sisters, why are you here? Surrounded by those corrupted Furbolgs." The green-haired Night Elves first scanned Zul'ra and the other Trolls with golden light in her eyes, then turned her golden light to Naisha and her kin, asking in Kaldorei.
"Thank you, Elune, esteemed Druid. I am Naisha, the lieutenant of Watcher Maiev Warden. I wish to see Sarn'do. These Amani'lai were escorting me back, but we were attacked by Satyrs halfway there and then surrounded by these Furbolgs. We need help now." Naisha explained the situation in the same Kaldorei language.
"I see. I am Danar from the Emerald Council. I will help you escape your predicament as soon as possible. Thank you for your help to my people, Amanilai." The green-haired, green-bearded night elf druid Danar nodded slightly, indicating that he understood. He also thanked Sanra and the others, this time speaking in Common Tongue.
"No need, getting out of trouble is the most important thing now." Zul'ra waved her hand slightly, stopping Danar from trying to talk further; getting out of trouble was the most important thing now.
"Alright!" Danar looked at the decisive Trolls, his green eyebrows slightly raised in surprise, then he nodded to indicate that he understood. After glancing at the Furbolgs, a hint of pity appeared in his eyes, but he ultimately shook his head and spoke to Naisha and the others.
"I need to go back to the Emerald Sanctuary to find someone. You all wait a moment." Before Zul'ra and the others could react, Danar finished speaking and a cloud of smoke rose from his body, enveloping him. Then the smoke dissipated, and a giant black raven took to the sky again under everyone's watchful eyes.
