Summer is slowly passing, and the skies over Durotar are filled with days of rain. The prolonged rainy season has caused the Southfury River Southfury River its basin to swell dramatically. 💋🏆 💥💲

The surging river has blocked the land route from Durotar to the the Barrens, causing some creatures living in the Southfury River Basin to leave their homes. For example, Raptor and Quilboar from the Southfury River Basin roam the wilderness, attacking passing creatures, and harassing the Horde's farms.

Zul'ra also took advantage of the rainy season to coordinate the manpower of Durotar. In addition to the defense work of Orgrimmar and the five farms, he personally led people to the lower reaches of the Southfury River to use magic to widen the estuary and guide the excess river water into the sea. He also had Goblins engineers survey and measure points along the Southfury River to build dikes and dams and construct irrigation systems the following year.

The land in Durotar is fertile enough, but it lacks sufficient water. Heavy rains only fall in the summer and autumn each year, and the rainy season at that time is not good for farming. Therefore, dams are built to release water during floods and to block water for irrigation during dry seasons.

Azeroth is currently experiencing calm and peaceful weather, but the further it goes, the more disasters it will face. Zul'ra is also making preparations as much as possible. After two months of busy work, winter slowly arrives, the rainy season ends, and Thrall returns from Ashenvale.

Thrall led his troops in Ashenvale, joining forces with the Night Elves to eradicate the demons near Felfire Hill and Demon Fall Canyon. At the same time, he also discovered information about Gorehowl.

The demons of Demon Fall Canyon exist as an army, and they obey a Dreadlords, namely Diathorus mentioned by Banehollow. However, Thrall received the information from another Dreadlords, Gorgannon, who roamed Demonstalker Valley, that Gorehowl was indeed stolen by the Eredar demon Malkazaar, who went to Karazhan.

"Karazhan?" Zul'ra was somewhat taken aback.

"Yes, you've heard of this place?" Thrall looked at Zul'ra with some surprise.

"Yes, I've heard of it, Thrall. Do you remember why you crossed the sea?" Zul'ra asked, blinking. Karazhan, that's Medivh's mage tower.

"Of course I remember. It was the prophet who was with me. Karazhan and the prophet are connected?" Thrall immediately understood. The reason he led his people across the sea to establish Orgrimmar on the Kalimdor and reorganize the Horde was entirely due to the guidance of the Medivh.

"Yes, Karazhan, was the Prophet's former magic tower." Zul'ra nodded, her tone tinged with regret for Medivh's life.

"This...?" Thrall was confused. Why would the prophet's magic tower attract demons? Malkazaar disappeared without a trace once he arrived there, and even his demon companions could no longer contact him.

"It's a long story. Malkazaar went to Karazhan, and I think it's similar to Archimonde being drawn to Nordrassil —drawn by the energy of Karazhan. As for why he couldn't contact his companions there, I think he might be trapped. I don't know the situation there, I just know it's very dangerous." Zul'ra briefly explained the situation to Thrall.

"Where is Karazhan?" Thrall asked after a moment's thought; he still needed to figure out a way to retrieve Gorehowl.

"In the southeast of Elwynn Forest, there is a Deadwind Pass, and at the end of that gloomy place lies Karazhan." Zul'ra's expression was somewhat strange. Elwynn Forest was Stormwind's territory, and Stormwind was destroyed by the Old Horde; this hatred was difficult to resolve.

"Damn demons..." Thrall couldn't help but spit. His geographical knowledge was quite good, and he naturally knew that Karazhan was located in Stormwind's territory, making it difficult to get close. Retrieving Gorehowl wouldn't be easy.

"Perhaps we'll find an opportunity in the future," Zul'ra comforted Thrall. There would always be a chance to get Gorehowl back, but of course, there was nothing that could be done if it wasn't. However, that was another matter entirely.

"By the way, where's the Prophet? Perhaps we can go to the Prophet and resolve this incident!" Thrall couldn't help but look up. Since that magic tower belonged to the Prophet, could they ask him for help?

"I don't know where he is either!" Zul'ra spread her hands innocently. Medivh a living, breathing demigod, but there was no trace of him in the story, and he didn't have the ability to find him.

"Forget it, we'll just have to figure something out later." Thrall lowered his head in frustration.

"Don't be so discouraged, let's talk about something lighter! I've already finalized the peace treaty with Jaina." Zul'ra patted Thrall on the shoulder, telling him not to be Garrosh Hellscream. With Garrosh's personality, the axe would be a waste anyway, so it's better to leave it with the demons.

"You've already sent someone to tell me about this. Your idea of recommending Baine Bloodhoof as the Guides is good." Thrall looked up, temporarily putting aside his worries about the theft of Gorehowl.

"Shu'halo's gentle nature makes them well-suited for this job, but that's not what I'm talking about." Zul'ra smiled and shrugged, then paused slightly.

"Before this peace talks, Jaina and I both encountered some problems. An Orcs from the Roaring Camp almost ambushed Jaina when she came to negotiate, but fortunately I discovered it and stopped him."

"The one hanging on the city wall now!" Thrall was not surprised. Zul'ra hadn't reported this to him, but he knew through his own channels that Boks's body was still hanging on the walls of Orgrimmar.

"Yes, Thrall, do you think I did something wrong?" Zul'ra asked with a light laugh.

"Of course not. I've been following the Burning Blade Clan's affairs. I initially thought it was the revival of an ancient clan, but I never imagined they were just lackeys of the demons," Thrall retorted repeatedly, but seeing Zul'ra's expressionless face, he couldn't help but continue.

"The devil has never disappeared from among us. He continues to influence us through various fanatics and spies, eyeing our world with predatory intent. Zul'ra, you understand this very well."

"Yes, I understand." Zul'ra looked up at Thrall and nodded.

"Therefore, the Horde needs to be prepared. Alright! I confess, this time, I have indeed left you with a lot to do. I hope you can support me and help me unite the Horde's strength." Thrall looked at Zul'ra and finally chose to be honest, his tone filled with trepidation and probing.

"Of course I support you. Otherwise, why would I have come all the way from the Eastern Kingdoms to Kalimdor? It's because I have placed my hopes on the Horde," Zul'ra replied without hesitation.

"I'm sorry." Thrall seemed hesitant to look Zul'ra in the eye.

"No need to apologize, my friend. I didn't mean to blame you; I just wanted to get to the bottom of things. Remember, my goal has always been the same: a bright future for the Horde." Zul'ra gently comforted Thrall. He wasn't really angry; he just wanted to clarify things. As for Thrall, that big-eyed guy with thick eyebrows, being cunning—who isn't cunning?

"With our efforts, the Horde will surely have a bright future." Seeing that Thrall showed no signs of life, Zul'ra couldn't help but feel happy.

"We'll have to see what happens in the future!" Zul'ra looked at the happy guy and couldn't help but shake his head and sigh. A bright future, but thinking about what was going to happen in this world next, he felt that the future was not so bright.
