Andorhal
"What the hell is this?" Zul'ra cursed under his breath as he looked at the smooth, solid rock wall behind him. He stepped forward and tried patting the dense rock wall; it wasn't an illusion, but real. But he had clearly come in this way, so how come the path was gone?
"Brann, where the hell have you been?" Zul'ra didn't dare to damage the rock wall behind him rashly. Instead, he turned around and cursed at the sudden passage, hoping that the dwarf would jump out from there and scare him. He would rather be startled than get any response.
"Brann..." Zul'ra called out, taking a step into the passage and raising his alertness to the highest level. He tried to communicate with the elements around him, but they did not respond. This forced him to draw the Forest Sword from his waist, preparing to defend against any traps or attacks that might emerge from somewhere.
"You shorty, where have you been?" Zul'ra walked through the passage, which was about twenty meters long, and tried to call Brann again, but he still didn't appear. However, he noticed that there was a bend at the end of the passage ahead.
Even though the passage was sealed, the airflow was still smooth, and there was still a passage after turning the corner. However, the walls on all sides were no longer as smooth as before, and the rock walls on both sides of the passage were covered with reliefs.
Zul'ra glanced over casually and saw a female Trolls on the relief. She was very ordinary, without any decorations, except for a copper ring under her hooked nose indicating that she was married. She was holding a baby Trolls that looked like a newborn.
When Zul'ra first glanced at it, he felt as if the female Trolls holding the infant Trolls on the relief seemed to move. An arrow suddenly shot out and knocked the female Trolls down. He turned his head to look in the direction from which the arrow came and saw a male Elves. His face was cold and his eyes glowed blue. The style of his armor was the same as the Elves Farstriders army he had seen before.
Just as Zul'ra was looking at the male Elves who seemed to Farstriders, a burst of flame shot from the side and engulfed the Elves. He looked in the direction from which the flame came and saw an old Trolls standing there, holding a serpent staff, with a white beard and a pair of huge teeth growing out of his mouth. His bare green upper body was withered, but his eyes were very sharp.
Upon seeing the old Trolls appear, Zul'ra's long-buried memories surged forth. He recognized the old Trolls as Kal'ma, his mentor—or, more accurately, the original owner's mentor.
Zul'ra watched as the old Trolls slowly approached the female Trolls who had been shot dead, and then took the young Trolls from her arms. Suddenly, she realized that this was herself, her mother had been killed by the Farstriders, and Kal'ma had adopted her.
It was Bronze Dragons. The thought instantly surged in Zul'ra's mind. Only Bronze Dragons could replicate his past. The rocky hill where he, Shandris, Brann, and Bolvar had spent the night was a trap set by the Bronze Dragons.
Just as Zul'ra realized what was happening, he suddenly felt something was wrong with his surroundings. He had been in a sealed rock passage, but now he was in a dark forest. The Elves Farstriders and Kal'ma he had seen earlier were gone. He wondered if he had been sucked into the relief world.
"Where the hell am I?" Zul'ra looked at the dense forest, veins throbbing on her forehead. This was a trap set by the Bronze Dragons. What did they mean by this trap? What did they want to do? Did they discover that she was a transmigrator?
The Bronze Dragons were a huge bug in this world. Zul'ra had been wary of them for a long time, but as time went by, he rewrote a lot of history without being bothered by them, so he relaxed. However, with this relaxation, he agreed to participate in the dragons' trials, and that's how he fell into the trap.
In Zul'ra's mind, the dragon's trials were nothing more than illusions or fighting some monster to prove his strength, command, and wisdom. But who would have thought he would be thrown into this unknown place?
Zul'ra looked at the dense forest, took a deep breath, and then began to sense the Elemental Spirits. Unlike before, he could feel the elements, but their response was one of sorrow and grief. The land he stood on had just suffered too much death and injury, and the earth had been poisoned.
Unable to obtain anything from the elements, Zul'ra could only climb to a high point in the forest to look out, and then find a suitable direction to move forward. Soon he found a human settlement nestled among the hills, but to his surprise, he found himself in Andorhal.
When Zul'ra escorted Thrall eastward, he needed to travel from the Arathi Highlands, where the Orcs were settled, across the land of Lordaeron back to Zul'Aman. At that time, the north was in chaos. Although he passed through Andorhal, he did not go into Andorhal.
Zul'ra surveyed the area around the settlement and saw that the farmland had been completely destroyed. Although there were people in the distance, there was no lively human activity, indicating that it must have been some time after the the Scourge.
After Andorhal fell, it was controlled by the Scourge. The rebuilding of settlements would have to wait until the Alliance's human forces established a camp. Zul'ra used magic to disguise herself as a human and then headed towards the distant settlement.
As he expected, the camp there was military-controlled, and the soldiers guarding it wore armor and robes bearing the marks of Stormwind and Kul Tiras, and they were very strict in controlling the movement of people.
Although he had a human appearance, he would definitely be searched if he suddenly went in. Zul'ra thought for a moment and found a gap on the side of the camp to climb over. There was a magic trap at the gap, but he was no pushover. His good eyesight and light footwork allowed him to easily climb over the trap.
Using his light-footed skills to evade the magical traps, Zul'ra easily entered the human camp. Although it was no longer bustling and lively, it generally still operated according to its previous daily routine. There were quite a few pedestrians on the street, which made him less conspicuous. So he boldly walked onto the street.
Andorhal is a large city that once served as a grain transit point for the Kingdom of Lordaeron, housing a population of 100,000. However, the the Scourge disaster has devastated the city, and the current camp is merely a small part of it.
Zul'ra wandered around the streets, looking at the tired and dejected expressions of the people around him, and couldn't help but shake his head inwardly. He then began to search for buildings, and finally found a hotel that also served as a part-time bar and went inside.
Inside the part-time tavern, there was a large common area with a few people sitting around the tables and counter. As soon as Zul'ra entered, she saw the owner shouting loudly at the other side of the counter with his back to her.
