Although the Glory Assembly would last a long time, the meetings for collecting proposals would only run for fifteen days, ending with Winter Veil.

After Winter Veil ended, there would be a partial recess. Further deliberations would be conducted by the Horde's upper ranks, then gradually reported to the public. A final summary report and closing ceremony would be held at Winter Veil the following year, so they had to make the most of this time.

Most of the Horde's ordinary people had only recently emerged from tribal society, so their enthusiasm was not high at first. They regarded participation in the assembly merely as an honor, but that was not bad either. After all, by successfully leaving their names behind in this moment of history, they had already stood out from millions of otherwise unknown people.
