The instant Guy saw this deformed infant, that figure immediately surfaced in his mind.

The village Orochimaru had established after defecting was Hidden Sound Village.

It was located within the Land of Rice Fields.

Most of his subordinates were war orphans gathered from nearby places.

In the end, several were selected for Orochimaru's focused training.

This child before him was, in all likelihood, Kidomaru.

After all, with those physical features, it would be hard to find a second one in the Shinobi World.

His age matched up as well.

Kidomaru was the same age as the other members of the Sound Four, a little older than Neji Hyuga and the others.

He was roughly two years older than Naruto and the rest.
