Background

Sirin became a Magical Girl through her own talent and received systematic magical training at a magical-girl academy. In her original world, Magical Girls could defeat a Demon King through forbidden magic, but the price was their souls; the Miracle Stone would then incubate the sacrificed soul into a new Demon King, perpetuating the cycle. 219

She arrives in a new city as the purple-haired Miracle☆Magical Girl Sirin. Although the city initially appears peaceful, she recognizes that magical crises can hide beneath ordinary life. 218

Appearance

Sirin has a small build, golden eyes, and exceptionally long purple hair that reaches her heels. Her usual outfit is a fitted white one-piece dress beneath a long purple skirt decorated with gold patterns. 218

  • Usually barefoot, with purple bandages wrapped around both legs. 218
  • Wears a purple polygonal anklet on her right ankle. 218
  • Has feather-like head decorations. 218
  • Her hair temporarily turns white after unlocking additional Miracle Stone authority. 250
  • Her modified dark-energy transformation gives her an outfit she finds excessively revealing and embarrassing. 223

Personality

Sirin strongly believes Magical Girls should protect people and symbolize goodness. After choosing No Faction, she rejects missions that would corrupt, abuse, or harm other Magical Girls, regardless of their rewards. 219

She is proud of being fundamentally different from mascot-made Magical Girls and can be blunt toward fighters she considers weak. After rescuing Teresmagia, she criticizes them for allowing themselves to be captured, though her actions consistently show that she will protect them. 221

Sirin is cautious around cute mascots and unfamiliar power systems, particularly after learning the dangers behind Kyubey and Venalitas. At the same time, her curiosity drives her to study the Miracle Stone, Soul Gems, Grief Seeds, and altered transformation items. 222 223 239

Despite her pride, she is compassionate toward vulnerable Magical Girls. She protects Madoka Kaname from Kyubey’s contract, prevents Mami Tomoe from immediately becoming a Witch, and intervenes against Magical Girl hunters. 236 238 247

Abilities & Skills

Magical Power

Sirin possesses magical power far above the Magical Girls she first encounters in the new world. Her power surges immediately after her arrival, and she can eliminate ordinary monsters with little difficulty. 218 220

  • Can fly and engage airborne monsters. 220
  • Detects magical power in nearby individuals and recognizes unfamiliar magical systems. 219
  • Her magical presence differs from Teresmagia’s system and initially escapes their magical detection. 220
  • Can ignore the world’s cognitive interference and perceive the true identities of transformed Magical Girls, monsters, and evil executives. 229

Magic Scissors

Sirin’s signature weapon is a pair of controllable magical scissors, used for direct combat and large-scale magical arrays. 221 250

  • Slices through monster tentacles and treant Magical Evils. 221 229
  • Can manifest as enormous scissors descending through a magic circle. 221
  • Forms dense scissor arrays capable of trapping and injuring highly durable enemies such as Sister Quigante. 250
  • Serves as her primary answer to threats that attempt to flee or restrain other Magical Girls. 221

Magic Circles and Barriers

Sirin can deploy large magic circles for defense, containment, and ranged attacks. 246 250

  • Blocks a monster’s dark magic projectile with a twenty-meter-wide magic circle. 246
  • Reflects purple magic through a circle to pierce and kill a monster. 246
  • Uses a spatial scissor array to confine Sister Quigante before enlarging the scissors within it. 250

Miracle Stone Authority

The Miracle Stone is an Aetherium Singularity–related artifact tied to Demon King creation. Sirin studies and repurposes it rather than allowing its original cycle to dictate her actions. 219 223

  • Purifies Venalitas’s dark transformation energy and removes the mascot’s control over its item. 223
  • Resonates with Soul Gems and Grief Seeds. 239
  • Can cultivate a fallen Magical Girl’s soul into a corporeal, human-like form. 239
  • Allows Sirin to form soul-related contracts, including contracts that do not require a Soul Gem or Grief Seed. 240
  • Nurtures contracted souls into incomplete Demon Kings or Demon Generals while keeping their core souls within the Miracle Stone. 239 240

Monster Transformation and Demon Command

After modifying Venalitas’s star-shaped item, Sirin gains access to a separate dark-energy transformation system. 223 254

  • Can transform using the star item without remaining under Venalitas’s control. 223
  • Creates monsters after entering her monster form. 254
  • Commands demons against Magical Girls to test her new abilities. 255

Magical Scholarship

Unlike many Magical Girls who receive power through mascots or items, Sirin has formal magical education and practical research experience. 219 239

  • Studies the relationship between the Miracle Stone, Soul Gems, Grief Seeds, and Magical Girl souls. 239
  • Teaches Madoka Kaname basic magic without requiring a contract with Kyubey. 242
  • Recognizes the risks hidden behind mascot-based contracts and transformation devices. 221 223

  • Kyubey — An Incubator Sirin distrusts and attacks due to its exploitation of Magical Girls. 233 236

Story Role / Major Arcs

Arrival and Faction Choice

Sirin arrives in a seemingly ordinary city, discovers that the world contains multiple Magical Girl systems and hidden dangers, and selects No Faction. This choice activates tasks from both heroic and villain factions, though she refuses to carry out the villainous objectives. 218 219

Teresmagia Encounters

After observing Teresmagia fight tentacled monsters, Sirin intervenes with her Magic Scissors and saves Hana, Sayo, and Kaoruko. Their first meeting establishes Sirin as an overwhelmingly stronger but difficult potential ally. 220 221

She later rescues the trio from Hiiragi Matina and her treant Magical Evils, identifying Matina’s dark energy as similar to the power offered by Venalitas. 229 230

Mitakihara and the Kyubey System

Sirin encounters Mami Tomoe, fights beside her against Witches, and becomes concerned with the fates of Madoka Kaname and Homura Akemi. 226 227

She exposes the truth that Kyubey’s Magical Girls become Witches when their Soul Gems are corrupted. When Mami becomes unstable, Sirin seals her in a mirror-space rather than allowing her to fall. 236 238

Using the Miracle Stone, Sirin restores Magical Girl souls from Grief Seeds and cultivates Mami into a contracted Demon General-like existence. 239 240

Monarch Corps Conflict

While investigating cities whose guardian Magical Girls have vanished, Sirin discovers that the Monarch Corps is hunting Magical Girls. She and her Miracle Stone–nurtured companions rescue targets from Akoya Shinju and Aneha Naima. 246 247

Sirin captures Akoya, Aneha, and Sister Quigante after personally containing the latter with a scissor array. Through the Miracle Stone, she learns that the executives are Demon Kings and Demon Generals from another world. 249 250

Demon Power Experiments

After unlocking more of the Miracle Stone’s authority, Sirin experiments with her altered star transformation, creates monsters, and commands demons against Teresmagia without revealing her identity to them. 250 254 255
