After finishing his rant, Old Supreme Kai ran over and said, "I will tell you everything. As long as you want to know, I will tell you. I won't hide a single thing; I stake my life on it."

When I asked why I couldn't comprehend a divine technique like Ultra Instinct, Old Supreme Kai explained, "Of course you can't comprehend it. Since it is a divine technique, it naturally requires a divine position, or you must be born with a trace of divine aura. However, that is rare. Most who possess divine aura have parents who were gods, or they are a candidate or servant to some deity."

"Then is there no way for me to comprehend it?" I asked.

Old Supreme Kai replied, "There is a way. You must have seen that Saiyan on Earth named Son Goku. He transformed with red hair; that is called Super Saiyan God. Since the form is named that, it is certainly divine. However, the divine aura is still too thin to comprehend divine techniques; one would need a more powerful Super Saiyan God."

Wei Dong thought about it, and it did make sense, but he didn't want to become a god or a candidate, or he would be bound and unable to do anything else.

At this moment, Old Supreme Kai sensed Wei Dong's concern and added, "Even if you don't have it, it doesn't matter. I've heard—though it is only hearsay, not necessarily true—that there is a different dimension within the Realm of Gods that contains a great deal of divine aura. Perhaps that would be of help to you."

Wei Dong realized that was true; after all, it was in a different dimension that Son Goku comprehended the Super Saiyan God Blue form.

Wei Dong then bid farewell to Old Supreme Kai, though he hadn't actually considered trying to comprehend Super Saiyan God.

Because Wei Dong wanted to pursue pure power, and Super Saiyan 4 was incredibly cool.

As it stood, mastering Super Saiyan God would certainly be simple, but the trick to Ultra Instinct was: the body moves to attack and defend without the mind needing to think.

It seemed simple, but it was actually extremely difficult to cultivate. The reason Son Goku could master Ultra Instinct was mainly due to two points: first, his calm state of mind, and second, he had trained under many masters, giving him a vast repertoire of techniques. I lacked both that opportunity and that mindset.

As for Vegeta, his Ultra Ego seemed to be a transformation similar to that of a God of Destruction, possessing the power of destruction. But Wei Dong didn't want to be a candidate for a God of Destruction; with a stingy guy like Beerus, it would be a miracle if he agreed to teach him anything without demanding a price.

Whis might be a slight possibility, but Beerus was definitely out of the question.

Wei Dong wasn't actually that afraid of dealing with Ultra Ego; he was mostly worried about Son Goku using Ultra Instinct, as he truly couldn't beat that later on.

Wait, if Son Goku's Ultra Instinct was all about evasion, what if I ignored his evasion?

Wei Dong had seen in the system shop that Precision Strike Level 1 had a 1% chance to hit the target while ignoring evasion. Seeing that it only cost 20 System Coin, Wei Dong's eyes lit up, though his current balance of System Coin was pitifully low.

So, for now, he could only afford Level 1 Precision Strike. For the rest, Wei Dong would have to go find missions issued by the system, such as resolving crises on certain planets or defeating specific individuals.
