Beerus vs. Gogito

That evening, Beerus and Whis enjoyed another grand feast before returning to the God of Destruction's world. Whis promised to return the next morning to collect Gogito and the others for training at the Supreme Kai's realm.

Early the next morning, Gogito and his companions packed their belongings and followed Whis to the God of Destruction's world.

Upon arrival, before Whis could even speak, Gogito stepped forward. "I want to challenge Lord Beerus. I wish to witness the power of a God of Destruction."

"Oh?" Beerus, who was sipping his morning tea, looked up at Gogito and replied dismissively, "You are too weak. You don't interest me."

Gogito was prepared. "I have prepared some delicious food for Lord Beerus!"

Hearing this, Beerus reluctantly agreed. "Very well, I shall let you witness the power of a God of Destruction."

Beerus stood up and flew into the air, while Gogito stood firm opposite him. "Show me whatever skills you have." Beerus beckoned to Gogito, signaling him to attack.

Gogito gathered his energy, transformed directly into Super Saiyan 3, and charged forward, unleashing a flurry of punches and kicks in a frantic assault on Beerus.

Beerus dodged with ease, remarking, "You look fierce, but your power is nothing special."

Gogito didn't reply, instead accelerating his attack speed.

Beerus's figure vanished in an instant, reappearing behind Gogito. With a single hand-chop, he sent Gogito flying. As Gogito steadied himself and looked up, he found Beerus gone, only to be struck in the face by a punch a split second later. Gogito's body slammed heavily into the ground, kicking up a cloud of dust.

"If that's all you've got, then this is over," Beerus said coolly from mid-air.

"How could I possibly be at only this level?" Gogito's confident voice rang out from the smoke.

Then, Gogito let out a loud roar: "Haaa!!!"

A dazzling flash of light shot into the sky, sending debris flying everywhere. Whis activated a protective barrier to shield the other two behind him.

At this moment, Gogito transformed into his Super Saiyan 4 Form and rushed toward Beerus with lightning speed. He delivered a heavy, powerful punch, but Beerus blocked it with both hands, a smile spreading across his face. "Now that's more like it!"

The two began a brutal close-quarters brawl. "A-da-da-da-da-da!" Gogito launched a fierce offensive, but Beerus blocked every strike. Seizing an opening, Beerus landed a heavy punch on Gogito's face, followed immediately by a brutal blow to his stomach that made Gogito gag.

Gogito gritted his teeth and landed a heavy punch on Beerus's face in return. Beerus tilted his head, veins bulging on his forehead.

Watching from the sidelines, Whis remarked, "Oh my, it seems Lord Beerus is a bit angry."

Sure enough, Beerus grabbed the hand Gogito had used to strike him and said, "Don't get too cocky, kid."

Another punch slammed into Gogito's gut, causing him to spit blood. Beerus followed up with a spinning whip-kick, sending Gogito flying into the forest, carving a long trench into the ground amidst a cloud of dust.

Gogito flared his aura, blasting away the surrounding rocks, and charged at Beerus once more. The two began a new round of hand-to-hand combat.

They fought all the way to the edge of a lake, separating after a heavy collision to begin firing energy blasts. In an instant, purple and golden beams of energy flew everywhere, leaving the surrounding landscape in ruins.

Beerus swatted away an incoming blast and charged at Gogito. Gogito fired a rapid-fire barrage of golden energy waves, but Beerus moved through the dense volley with ease, closing the distance in a flash. He threw a heavy punch, which Gogito blocked with crossed arms before immediately countering. Beerus teleported above Gogito's head, hands clasped together, ready to deliver a crushing blow. Gogito vanished, reappearing to Beerus's right to land a kick. Beerus dodged sideways, and when Gogito swung a fist, Beerus caught it with one hand; when Gogito struck with his other hand, Beerus caught that one too.

Holding both of Gogito's hands, Beerus drove his knee into Gogito's chest. Gogito doubled over in pain. Beerus gathered energy in one hand; Gogito looked up, but unable to dodge, he caught the blast with both hands and shoved it toward the sky. Beerus teleported directly in front of Gogito and pressed a long-charged energy blast against his chest, detonating it with devastating force.

Gogito fell from the smoke and slammed into the ground, kicking up another cloud of dust.

As the smoke cleared, Gogito was still standing, though covered in wounds and bleeding from the corner of his mouth. "Truly impressive, Lord Beerus!" Gogito exclaimed. He felt that Beerus was merely playing with him; Gogito estimated his current power should be on par with Super Saiyan Blue from Dragon Ball Super, yet he was still being toyed with by Beerus.

"Haaa!!!" Gogito unleashed his full power: Super Saiyan 4 Full Power, the state Goku reached in GT by absorbing the Saiyan energy of Gohan and the others.

"Big Bang..."

"Kamehameha!"

Gogito unleashed his ultimate technique, a Big Bang Kamehameha, firing it at Beerus. Beerus extended one hand and tossed a sphere of Destruction energy. The energy grew rapidly in flight, colliding head-on with the Big Bang Kamehameha.

"Ah!!"

Gogito poured out his power desperately, attempting to shatter the Destruction energy, but Beerus increased his output as well, forcing Gogito's attack back.

Gogito tried to catch the Destruction energy with both hands, but the moment they made contact, the energy rapidly coiled around his entire body; from a distance, Gogito appeared completely engulfed by the Destruction energy.

"Ah!!!"

Gogito let out a miserable cry. Beerus landed in front of the Destruction energy, looked at Gogito, and said, "Have you reached your limit?"

Gogito must have heard Beerus's words, as he clenched his hands tightly and responded, "Not yet!"

"Ya!!!"

To Beerus's astonishment, Gogito absorbed the Destruction energy, converting it into his own. At this moment, Gogito reached the Full Power Super Saiyan 4 state—the form Goku attained in GT after being beaten back to his base form by Omega Shenron and then absorbing the Saiyan energy from Gohan and the others. It still retained the appearance of a Super Saiyan 4, but with a massive boost in power and speed, allowing him to dominate Omega Shenron.

"Evolved again?"

Beerus was somewhat surprised; to think he could absorb an opponent's energy and evolve on top of that.

"I have Lord Beerus's energy to thank for this."

"You've got some skill, kid."

Beerus began to feel a spark of excitement; it had been a long time since he encountered an opponent like this.

"Then let's continue."

"Of course."

A new round of battle slowly unfolded.

"Truly amazing."

Watching from the sidelines, Future Trunks and Trunks exclaimed.

"What kind of transformation is that, to be able to absorb energy?"

Trunks, who had never seen such a thing, looked on with excitement; so this was how strong a Saiyan could become.

However, Future Trunks remarked, "Although Mr. Gogito is incredible, he still can't compare to Lord Beerus, and he is also much weaker than Vegito."

Even though he knew Gogito was not Vegito, Future Trunks could not help but compare the two.
